The interpretations were so different in my head

I grew up with these characters

Seeing them represented differently

It basically ruined the whole show for me

as much as i enjoyed that action-packed finale...it hasn’t saved the series overall for me. i’m never gonna forgive them for side-lining boba in his own show for two episodes like that.
