Uta from Tokyo Ghoul is intersex-coded, and his variation is XO/XY Mosaicism with unilateral testicular ovotestes (link) (the teste is streak and the ovoteste is dysgenic), ambiguous genitalia including a microphallus and funnel-shaped persistent urogenital sinus (link), and a cyclical hormonal phenotype.
The requester @inketh elaborates further: "He is depicted with a gender-fluid/androgynous style of dressing, called pretty/feminine by other characters, and possesses rare ghoul mutations (kakugan that can't be deactivated, multiple kagune types, shapeshifting ability) that I headcanon as being a part of how mosaicism impacts him. He's also portrayed as "strange"/neurodivergent, which could also be associated with his variation."
