Miraculous cleaved AU Power Systems - Zodiac addition

so uh hi! im shwoop and this is my little (hah!) pet project! I’m gonna write dot jot notes here and some other necessary info for this au so if anyone wants to play in my sandbox.

 ( I used Not Dead Yet’s magic system as a template make sure to check it out                                  after this !!! ) there will be more ml boxes!!)

- Rat (water( heart )yang) Miraculous of Cleverness and Community.          Makes clones of herself and others but gets smaller for each one. peak power is a hundred clones able to lift twenty times her own weight. restraints are the more they split the more exhausted the user gets, others get disoriented when done to much

- Ox (earth (body) yin) Miraculous of Determination and Absorption.                      The most durable of the miraculous, the user is able to absorb 5% of all attacks aimed at them there final is reflecting it out in a single devastating attack. draw backs is that the user will feel far more pain than the others and his final takes time to charge

- Tiger (wood (mind) yang) Miraculous of Confidence and Amplification.                The most intimidating/charismatic of the miraculous, only second to the dragon. their final is a scream that can stun, disrupt, or strenghen moral. restraints would be how long she can go on a single breath

- Rabbit (wood(mind)yin) Miraculous of Cycles and Time.                                   An outlier, mainly because of the moon rabbit myth that had affected the creation process. they can use there control over time to speed themselves up or use there mallet as an extention of herself to cause an area affect. her power/time level shifts with the moon cycle making her weakest on a full moon( because the light reflected is the suns, not the moon)

- Dragon (earth(body)yang) Miraculous of Balance and Weather.                           this miraculous requires its users to have a clear head to avoid catastrophe and will boot the user out of their transformation if it see you as a danger to its self and others. the powersgiven to the user is the physical manifestation of whatever weather is occuring at the time. overtime the user could affect and prexisting weather

- Snake(fire(energy)yin) Miraculous of Growth and Intuition.                                   I’m thinking the final would be clairvoyance, but not like random stuff or even shots of dead world(or timelines) but of pivotol character moments like how the hug between mrabel and isabela. restriction here would be up for interpretation. subtle plant manipulation

- Horse (fire(energy)yang) Miraculous of Movement and Migration.                        portal powers but I liked the feet feathers so much that the user can float for a little while too. restraints I dunno, has to picture where there going I guess. oh they have binocular vision so the untrained will feel super weird at the start so best time to fight these guys is at the start 

- Goat (earth(body)yin) of Imagination and Dreams.                                              the goat miraculous grants users the ability to astral project to the spirit realm even able to form weak constructs after practice. The con? it leaves your body defenceless and if you don’t return to it, the user will be stuck forever in the astral realm, the same will happen if someone takes the miraculous

- Monkey (metal (soul) yang) Miraculous of Curiosity and Pranks.                          basically ben 10...thats his power, being ben 10.

- Rooster (metal (soul )yin ) Miraculous of Discipline and Culmination.                  able to acess any possible ability to ever exist within the animal kingdom, but never able to unlock its true potential.

- Dog (earth (body) yang) Miraculous of Prudence and Reclamation.                    able to track, there final is a dig ability they can use that breaks through anything in their search for whatever was lost. their only able to use this ability once every transformation.

- Pig (water (heart) yin) Miraculous of Nurturing and Jubilation.                              I have yet to decide if it’ll be a gift or Not dead yets power of imunity, can’t it be both? uuugggghhh a decision for future me

Nuclear-based ‘Powers’ for my Post-Apocalypse MHA AU

I had a lot of fun thinking up the mutations/powers for this short little au, so I wanted to record them all somewhere. XD  

Carriers- ‘Carry’ radiation and can effect others, but are themselves immune to it, often (but not always) with side-effects

Regen- Regenerate cells damaged by radiation faster than they can be damaged. This means they can also heal from physical injury relativly quickly.

aoyama- Carrier with a stomach that emits a radioactive glow

mina - Carrier mutant with one of the worst mutations: opaque films over her eyes giving her weak vision, horn like protrusions in her skull, pale hair, and skin that’s so easily damaged she’s pretty much constantly sunburnt despite the constant ash cover. Her blood and spit are so highly radioactive they’re practically acidic to organic matter.

tsuyu- a Regen mutant with a bent spine and a long tongue that always hangs out of her mouth

iida - Carrier, no specific ability, but he has the only compass and a pair of iceskates that sometimes come in handy for mobility in the icy wastelands (or maybe a bike with snow treads? that’d be a lot harder to carry around, though)

uraraka - Carrier, radioactive enough that she makes the people she gets too close to, especially when she touches them, incredibly lightheaded; they feel like they’re floating.

ojiro - Carrier w/ mutation of  a long but skiny whip-like tail ( a more ‘human’ tail than in canon)

kaminari- Carrier with glowing hands, can power small machines on nuclear energy if he holds onto them for long enough, usually a few hours

kirishima- Regen without pain receptors on the surface of his very rough skin

koda - Carrier w/ mutations, generally mishappen

sato - Carrier, no specific ability, but he’s really good at catching the group food and actually miraculously making it taste not-horendous

shoji- Regen w/ mutations, one extra arm sticking out from his shoulder blade, somewhat skinner than his other arms but still relatively functional. Two other arms-- one on the side of his stomach, and one under another regular arm-- but those are deteriorated and immobile. Two mouths stacked one on top of the other, the lower one being deformed and only part-way developed.

jiro - Carrier, no special ability but has an ancient music player that actually sometimes works. is the only one who knows how to read music, and has actually heard ‘professional’ pre-apocalyptic music.

sero - Regen, generally mild regeneration over the rest of his body, but his arms are almost impossible to permanantly injure.

tokoyami - Carrier mutant, not enough skin over his mouth, teeth permenantly exposed.  Wears his hair long covering his eyes, good at catching the rare birds, clothing made with feathers.

todoroki- Regen and Carrier, right hand has a paralyzing agent (radiation that strongly disrupts neurotransmitters) that ‘freezes’ people in place. being a Regen and a Carrier isn’t organically impossible, but is extreamly rare. todoroki, however, was essentially a science experiment, a la canon. 

hagakure- Regen mutant, has the other really bad mutation in the group:  fully translucent skin and randomly translucent muscle and organ tissue, exposing her insides and skeleton. her bones glow radioactive blue.

bakugo - Carrier, his body collects nuclear energy more than even most carriers, making his blood and sweat dense with nuclear waste. they are therefore both highly flammable and functional as a fuel source for the flamethrower he found and fixed up with spare parts

midoriya- None. Survived radiation mostly by chance, getting weaker the older he got until he was eight or nine, at which point he was abandoned by bakugo’s gang, found by All Might, and experimentally ‘vaccinated’ against radiation. he was the first successful trial.

momo-  Regen, the fastest and most effective regenarative powers of them all. Even fatal injuries heal almost instantaniously. she is also the only one of the group who knows how to read at more than a basic level, and she is trying to teach whoever wants to learn. she once came across the ruins of a bookstore and has actually read real books, so has more general/academic knowladge than anyone else

I’ve read your post of fixing the powers from Miraculous Ladybug and absolutely agree with you plus it’s very clever. But I was wondering if you ever thought put a post of your take of the Chinese zodiac Kwamis including what they’re Kwamis of and their powers?

I have a list, yeah. Did a lot of these about Mid Season 3, before the actual powers of the snake, horse, or mouse were revealed, so it’s not canon compliant, but once again it’s open to be worked with;Mouse/Mullo- (Water (Heart)/Yang) Miraculous of CommunityMimic (Empathic Mimicry) Allows the Mouse miraculous to copy a power they've seen used by an ally or foe. (One time use)Ox/Stompp-  (Earth (Body)/Yin) Miraculous of Durability"Strength of an Ox"- The Ox miraculous can choose an ally and boost their abilities, allowing them to use their own powers for a longer period of time or at a wider rangeTiger/Roarr (Wood (Mind)/Yang) Miraculous of Foresight"Tiger Eye"- Gives the Tiger miraculous the ability to know their opponent's moves and figure out how to react in order to win.Rabbit/Fluff (Wood (Mind)/Yin) Miraculous of Insight"Rabbit Hole" Rabbit has the ability to look into someone's mind and seek out memories or information that they may need.Dragon/Longg (Earth (Body)/Yang) Miraculous of Nature"Stormbringer" Dragon is given the physical powers of the storm- wind, lightning, water and ice- to control at their will.Snake/Sass (Fire (Energy)/Yin) Miraculous of Lull"Snakecharm"- Hypnosis power that puts any who listen into a trance, and can even turn enemies into alliesHorse/Kaalki (Fire (Energy)/Yang) Miraculous of Rush"Horsepower"- Grants the horse miraculous user the power to travel at super speeds, and move through any element.Goat/Ziggy (Earth (Body)/Yin) Miraculous of Soothing "Horn of Plenty"- Rejuvenates a weary ally, heals injuries.Monkey/Xuppu (Metal (Soul)/Yang) Miraculous of Self Reflection"Monkey See/Monkey Do"- Gives the Monkey Miraculous the power to create a clones of themselves that can fight alongside the user.Rooster/Orikko (Metal (Soul)/Yin) Miraculous of Introspection"Cockadoodle" Rooster uses a quill pen to draw/illustrate something they feel a personal connection with, which is imbued with a power that reflects the hero’s perception. Dog/Barkk (Earth (Body)/Yang) Miraculous of the Hunt"Bloodhound"- Gives the Dog Miraculous a supernatural ability to find anyone or anything that they desire, even if it's invisible or intangible.Pig/Daizzi (Water (Heart)/Yin) Miraculous of Nurturing"Pearls before Swine"- Pig Miraculous has the ability to protect their allies, granting them temporary immunity from any other ability.
