Having more than 10 hobbies is what has helped me make my existential loops and anxiety triggers manageable. I don't know why people who haven't been through anything that requires them to put their all in the survival mode, and to keep themselves busy with stuff to avoid negative thoughts, try to define and limit what you can and can't do to be a normal human. No, I ain't a neurotypical being, and I don't need any advice from non neurodivergents who haven't been in my shoes. People need to understand that people can't have the same coping mechanisms. What works for you might not work for others. You can't ask a fish to do well without water and you can't ask a human to survive in the space without any oxygen source.
