at least I can understand it ✨ I tried organizing Mitch’s backstory and thought about their relationships until now. Of course these information can change in the future cuz I’m always changing it

YAPPING TIME

15 years old, Mitch ran away from the Silva and was homeless. Julius (Grey Deer captain) found them and sheltered them. They got their grimoire and was trying to understand how to deal with those souls by helping people who suffered with them. After getting the hang of it, Julius asked if they wanted to join the squad, but they didn’t accept cuz they were afraid of attention, afraid of what the Silvas would say.

Then Julius turns into Wizard King. He’s very busy and doesn’t have much spare time for Mitch. They feel lonely when he’s not around and tries to hang out more with Yami, what led them to meet Nacht. Yami and Nacht would commit those petty crimes, and Mitch disliked it a lot. They wanted to be good, not to do anything bad (Yami understood but Nacht thought they were being a baby). That’s when they meet Morgen, who’s nice and shares a similar thought with them. Again, Mitch didn’t want to be noticed by the public so they would meet with Morgen in his free time or late night. That’s when a feeling appeared and they started dating in secret (Yami, Nacht and Julius know about it).

19 years old, Morgen finds out about Nacht’s plan and asks for Mitch’s help (he trusts they wouldn’t tell it to anyone). Things went wrong, Mitch tried doing something about the devil but it was too powerful, and then Morgen dies. Mitch hates Nacht for being selfish. Nacht hates Mitch for being useless, not doing anything to save Morgen and only bringing bad luck to everyone. Result? They both hate each other and themselves.

From now on Mitch wants to be more useful somehow, as if it could make up for their lack. That’s when Mitch start claiming many souls to protect others from them and also use their powers for good. 20 years old, they went in an unofficial mission with Yami and Nacht. The enemies were talking bad of Clover, of the Magic Knights, of the Wizard King, and as Mitch was already unstable with those many souls, they crashed out and killed that person maniacally. Souls went wild, harming allies and enemies equally, and that gave a horrible reputation for Mitch. They almost went arrested, being barely saved by Julius’ vouch, and had to lay low from now on. This situation made Nacht even bitter with Mitch, “killed your mother, killed my brother and tortured a person. You keep doing good actions as if it could hide your nature, but you are and will always be entirely evil.”

22 years old, Yami is the Black Bulls’ captain. Nacht is the vice and goes away in a mission. Julius suggests Mitch could stay as a second vice-captain, only while Nacht is away, but they refuse because of what they’ve done. They can’t shake the feeling they are indeed evil and nothing they do could ever make them good.

That’s when Julius appears to help again. He asks if they would like to assist him with some tasks. Mitch thinks of something beyond: handling some dirty matters for him, doing what Magic Knights couldn’t legally do. If they were meant to be evil, might as well be useful while doing so. Julius thought it wouldn’t fit them (because he knows they have a kind heart), but they insisted and said they would quit the Magic Knights if they couldn’t do anything useful.

From now on Mitch lives with the Black Bulls but stays most of the time traveling and reporting for Julius. That made them approach, especially when Mitch feels overwhelmed and guilty. Julius comforts them and says they can always stop going on these missions, because he wants them to be fine and happy. But Mitch is still not convinced they can truly do good things so they keep doing it—“for his sake, because I’d rather have my hands dirty than his.”

Currently, 28 years old, Mitch is in love with Julius but genuinely thinks they aren’t worth of even feeling that way. It doesn’t help they also believe their bad luck will kill anyone they love, so they keep repressing this feeling and telling themselves to bury it before they have to bury him.

I'm the guy who's headcannon Shin is Godzilla's Son. I wanted to do a shot explanation on that and see what you think. Shin is a kind boi who at a very young age was in a powerful nuclear blast, mutating him at the time because he wasnt old enough to contain that level of energy, making him stronger but scard at the same time. He just wants a hug. And to explain his rapid evolutions, he shares that ability with Mothra leo, who in my headcannon is his bro.

That’s just hella sad man... That’d give Godzilla a good reason to hate humanity and punish them for hurting his son
