6: what’s your least favourite fanfic category? and 7: would you rather read a plot-focused fic or pwp?

I hate real people fic, I genuinely think its disgusting and unhealthy. 

Closely followed by fics with gross power imbalances where one character takes advantage (usually sexually, very commonly with dubcon) of another character. I think this is why Cullen/mage (ESP Elven mage) is such a hard notp for me.) 7 -  This honestly kind of really depends? Like sometimes I just want some hot porn with feels (though I usually have to write it myself for Cass/f!quiz which is a total buzzkill). But these days I find it really hard to find fiction books that interest me so plot-based long fics or one-shots that are well written are usually my go-to when I want something to read and pretty much what I’ve consistently read since the early 2000′s for various fandoms.

I am very very happy to read either of them! 😄 I don’t think I’ve got a preference, actually. Probably depends how I feel that day, I guess!

12: First-person or third person fics? 

Ooooh, definitely third-person POV fics. That said, I wouldn’t turn down a well-written first-person POV fic, but third-person is generally where it’s at for me.

It occurs I don’t have any, but wow would Merrill be a great teacher for Hawke and they’d be the sweetest blood mages you ever did see.

Merrill would be such a good & patient teacher! I’m just imagining them casting together and just being the most powerful badasses and then at the end of the battle Merrill praises Hawke and gently corrects their form for next time <3

what is the most underrated ship, in your opinion?

OH SHOOT what fandom and by what definition? I mean we can get into canon vs non-canon, number of AO3 works, rarepairs, crackships, or just personal preference.

For me personally, in general? It’s Dutch/Vasiliy because they’re not even that popular in their unpopular fandom (The Strain) even though they’re great. Also like 90% of canon f/f ships don’t get nearly enough in any fandom.

So… a fact… about an OC… I’ve been playing Fallout 4 lately, so have a fact about my Sole Survivor:

Quinn grew up in one of the nicest areas of Boston with her parents who had some Strong Feelings about how Ladies Should Act. She absorbed a lot of their lessons and then fucked off the second she turned eighteen to join the military.

Basically, the best thing that came out of her childhood was that she knows how to play instruments (you know, the ones suitable for Fancy Ladies), and when she finds a working piano in the Commonwealth? Her playing can make the most hardened person cry.

Embrace the magical Regency cops, say I! If you've got the story for them then it's a fresh take among all the Regency AUs.

and, to my knowledge, there are not many Shadowhunters regency AU’s, which is very strange to me if only because of Alec’s posture and Magnus’ wardrobe :D

ALL THE GIFs Instagiffer is the one I use since I haven't trained with an image making program since the year started with 1 instead of 2 ( instagiffer.com )

I even have instagiffer! But I am still all *head-tilt* when I look at it. I have never been good at visual communication/art thingies. But it’s so intriguing!
