I just had a terrifiying thought. I was sitting being happy about YatoRi being blessed and then i started thinking how would they EVEN HAVE a happy ending?? And literally the only thing i could think of was if Yato somehow became human but then it dawned on me. Yukine is dead, he will always be dead, theres no way for him to join them in humanity and then i remembered a line from Sakura that always confused me cuz someone like Yato would almost never encounter a truly dead person but i know it was meant to be about her in that moment but it was so emphasized that i thought it cant only be about her. The quote is “When people die, no one can ever, see them again.” What if that also has to do with Yukine.
