I was doing my inktober drawing outside this morning when:

This shadow appeared and I felt this must be fate. I flipped over my page so I could have a fresh drawing location and:

It was just so beautiful. I raced against time to get the outline done before the sun took away this most gorgeous reference.

Then I filled it in to create a silhouette. And then I used a smudge tool to make the pencil lines less obvious. Last, I erased the white areas because my hands got covered in pencil and smeared where it dont belong.

And this is my completed drawing! I love it. Its not as ethereal as the real thing but I had so much fun drawing this! ^_^
