“Hidden Reflection” Painted in Acrylic on wood by me 3-12-19.. The other day I went into my favorite coffee shop with this to show some friends.. A few moments before I got my coffee I noticed a girl with a really really REALLY cool jacket that looked like the big brother to my lucky “amigo jacket” and I expressed my love for it excessively 🥰.. Her name was Mary and we parted ways but after I got coffee and noticed a Hedwig & The Angry Inch poster for a local performance coming up she came up to me while I was excitedly yelling about the poster to my girlfriend whom was with me.. She reached out her jacket and said smiling, “would you like my jacket??” And I said, “..😱 y-you’re giving it to me??” She replied, “yes haha would you like it??” I gently but excitedly took the coat and was really really smiley when I realized I have something to give her back!! So I showed it to her and said, “I’d like for you to have this!! I just happened to have it and it’s meant for you.. Thank you so much I love love love this!!”.. We became friends and hopefully we’ll hangout soon.. Man, my voting location was slammed all day! This was at 2pm. Every parking space was taken including the illegal curb and fire lanes. So I parked in the street. And walked in to find a VERY long line. This is only 1/2 of the line. But thanks to my awesome bestie @eh4921 I was able to wait in this line for over an hr, without my kids, to take part in the gift that is democracy. And another plus, I got to talk with and learn from the most amazing woman while I waited!
