Watering the Andi Mack fandom with my obscure headcannons and waiting for the fans to return like wildlife to the forest

- TJ loves cartoons. He loves She Ra and Steven Universe but he also watches OLD cartoons. He just loves cartoons and when Cyrus introduces him to fandom space he lurks like it’s the daily newspaper.

- Cyrus thinks the word boyfriend sounds SO nice and he says it any chance he gets. TJ of course thinks it’s really cute and doesn’t mind at all.

- Iris thought that Cyrus just didn’t like her, which she was super bummed about but okay with. So when she runs into Cyrus and TJ at the next  renaissance fair, it’s a little bit healing for her. I think their agreement to be friends becomes a little more viable this time and they start hanging out regularly.

- Jonah deserves to be a part of the Good Hair Crew and the way they tell him is by coyly being like wow Jonah your hair looks great today…great..? You might even say good. And he is just like “I thought great was better than good”

- TJ drops the jock thing after freshmen year of high school and starts dressing more polished, coupled with the fact that he now needs glasses. Come on, no one has a consistent style throughout their ENTIRE high school years.

- TJ and Cyrus are the couple that makes it, I know it I just know it. Anytime they have a fight or argument that they need to figure out Cyrus pulls out his binder and walks them through it by talking to himself in third person. “Now, Cyrus how does that make you feel? —…WELL BAD.”

- The Kippen siblings don’t even realize they are dating the same person basically until Iris and Cyrus become good friends again and then Amber and TJ just watch in horror as they OFTEN say the same thing at the same time.

- Cyrus did a whole grand promposal the day before TJ’s grand promposal so they had two

- Andi and Buffy have been in love since season 2 but they take until their senior year of high school to realize and actually start dating, everyone is relieved, especially Cyrus who had to help Andi through thinking she must just have a crush on [checks notes] every boy Buffy has dated

About Ambris is a very driven individual, one highly focused on achieving goals that they set. Things irrelevant to their goals are often put aside for the sake of progression; this can make them seem cold-hearted, but they do generally have positive intentions for others.

One of their goals is to help others achieve their ambitions, and they often do so in a strong-willed but empathetic manner. They have strong cognitive empathy, in that they are quite good at understanding others' emotions but not experiencing them sympathetically.

They are very confident and self-assured, though not the type to hold their capabilities over others. Some may still perceive them as arrogant, and they accept it as it is. Insults and jabs are rather ineffective against them - they are more likely to reprimand one for poor communication skill and advise them how to frame it as constructive criticism instead.

Abilities Spark of Ambition: For those who feel aimless in life, those who lack drive, those who lack any ambition, Ambris can light a spark within them. This spark can be cultivated into an ambition, a drive to succeed at something meaningful to them, but it can fade if rejected. Generally, the spark pulls on things that have meaning to the individual - or something that used to have meaning.

Ambitious Drive: Ambris can amplify and temper the ambition of others. Those with amplified ambition generally feel a stronger sense of purpose and feel more satisfied upon accomplishing tasks related to their goals or the goal itself. Unrelated matters generally are less engaging to them - at a very high level, unrelated hobbies and social activities cease to be enjoyable at all.

Ambris tempers others' ambitious drive much less often than they amplify it, but they may temper an extreme ambition that causes one to lose themself and no longer enjoy their pursuit of it. Oftentimes, they temper the ambition for a short time, long enough that an individual can learn to live again, before letting the individual's own will guide them afterwards.

Ambition Sight: Ambris can "see" the ambitions of others, often as abstract forms of light that float around those individuals. They are a construct of Ambris's perception and do not exist to others. Ambris can look at these and learn more about those ambitions the longer they look at them.

The brighter the light, the more intense the ambition. A single individual can and often has multiple forms.

Pale blue lightforms generally mean that the individual is working towards their ambitions, and gold lightforms mean that they have achieved it and are satisfied.

The forms can also be dark. Dark blue shadowforms, usually wrapped around the individual and supressing any lights within, are often found with those who are lost in the pursuit of their goals - they will never be satisfied, and no longer know how to be satisfied by what they do. Ambris will often approach these individuals to help them let go of that chokehold to move on to things that can bring meaning to them again.

Dark golden shadowforms often result from those who somehow achieve the goals represented by blue shadowforms. It often represents a feeling of empty, meaningless success. Ambris may help an individual move on from that feeling of emptiness; if they do, the shadowform will become more faded, less opaque, and can even one day fade away entirely.

Grayed and faded lightforms are found with those who have lost any meaning and purpose in life. If they rekindle their ambition, the gray lightforms may vanish to be replaced, or light up with pale blue.

Story Ambris was a human born in the Age of Secrecy. They were, as one might expect, an ambitions child. They had grand dreams of achievement, success, and impact on the world, and they had the talent and work ethic to back up those dreams.

Their powers manifested early, but they were entirely ignorant of the nature of it, believing their abilities to be an effect of synaesthesia and their own charisma. They were also one to disregard superstition entirely, explaining things away with scientific and/or psychological phenomena until they could no longer. Even their color-changing eyes (once dark gray, now bright blue, and sometimes turning golden) were rationalized away.

They were well into their life when Edeia were revealed to the world, at which point they had an epiphany about their nature. They sought advisement from Pacific, who was publicly offering sessions to talk to those who were realizing such things about themselves, and learned more about what they could do, what they could become.

They decided to take care of everything they wished to do as a human first, and so they did, making their own human impact on the world. About a decade later, they felt satisfied, and Actualized.

Now, they wander the world, helping others achieve their ambitions and finding new things to do for themself. They met Resolve, who was quite impressed with the strength of resolve within them, and the two became good friends.
