sun - poem
now I dissolve into love so deeply… becoming the garden it plants in, humbling myself to be the ground, to be love’s soil, where the seed sleeps and the light weeps, where the root creeps and the bud peeps,
now I rise so sweetly, becoming the sky that love swims in, opening myself so wide to be its heaven,
where the stars sing, and anahata dreams, where faith grows wings, and joy is king,
now I stay so faithfully, becoming the mountain it rises for, showing love so consistently, we (can be) are rock, we (can be) are shield, we (can be) are haven, we (can be) are trust manger,
so when the soul rumbles, and the doubts tumble, when the sorrows fumble, and loneliness crumbles,
now I, am fully your planet, I am fully your meditative celestial worshipper, and you…
my sun.
