#pokemon biology lore and mythology also live in my brain rent free #im still just thinking about how in MOST regions being a trainer is a safe career option. galar is not one of these regions #getting into the health aspect of it mega evolution isnt thoroughly studied yet so battle restrictions havent been set.#however the general consensus is beginning to lean towards it not being healthy hence why its only allowed once per battle and for a limited #amount of time #same w gmax but thats like extreme mega evolution and exclusive to galar. and galar is VERY lenient w morals apparently #allowing pokemon like the fossils into matches despite their inherent poor health and chronic pain #anyway yeah theres a push for banning mega evolution altogether bc of the lasting effects it can have on the pokemon and shit #shadow talks #n would not be happy to see it or gmax in use thats for certain

ok im sorry i’ve been violinposting on main so much these past few days but like. it’s just really nice to know i’m still passionate about playing, esp since i’ve graduated college and i’m not sure what the future of my playing looks like... like will i be able to find like, a community orch somewhere? will i have time to? honestly i’d be ok with just a quartet i could somewhat regularly play with. but also playing on my own is. kinda melancholy. music is just such a conversation and playing along with recordings doesn’t come close to matching the feeling of making music with another human being and i miss that so much. and no one in my family is musical except me so i can’t even rope one of them into playing with me. this post got really sad but also i wanna say i AM also happy about playing again. it feels so good and i’ve missed this so much
