tbh i dont have a pretty fixed one. we do know he lost it before meeting roadhog, but still... the “replacement” feels rushed, and too big and heavy for him (both of them do, tbh, he walks like he has to compensate the weight all the time, and im sure it hurts). we do know he lost his leg bc of his explosives, but the arm? no idea. the guy could have just lost it while scavenging in the middle of the omnium, that doesn’t sound safe... at all
some people think he was just born without it, and honestly, that’s cool too.

i dunno, normal human amounts. i feed them whatever i can find, usually junk food, and i only feed them so they dont try to bite my fingers off
