My own rough, tentative translation follows:
Number Twenty-One: Bodaisan Anaoji Temple (Tendai School) in South Kuwada District, Tanba Province
Anao, Sogabechō Neighborhood, Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture
A hymn for Holy Kannon:
Worry not about All the grief you must face in This world of troubles, But merely pray for help a Dozen times or even once.

Feb/26/2019 “Anaoji” is located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. In the precincts, there are gardens and ponds made in the Edo period. There is a stone around the pond, and behind it there is “Tajyu Tower”. The view is quite tasteful, it is worth a visit. ・ From Instagram
