Written sometime between 200 B.C. and 100 A.D., the Seikilos epitaph is the oldest complete musical composition in existence — hear it for yourself. It’s all but impossible to know just how long music has been around, since humans only started writing music down around the 14th century B.C. Archaeologists have discovered fragments of an ancient Sumerian hymn dating back to that period in the Syrian city of Ugarit. But the Seikilos epitaph, which could date as far back as 200 B.C., is the world’s oldest surviving piece of musical composition that has been found in its entirety. And because this piece exists in its entirety, scholars have not only been able to translate the lyrics but have also been able to convert the piece into modern musical notation that can be played today...

@Regranned from @damelaninwithin - EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THERE ORIGIN AND WE HAVE TO LEARN EVERYONES TRUE HISTORY SO WE KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS PLACE. THOSE CAUCASIANS STUCK IN IGNORANCE ALWAYS TRYING TO CLAIM STUFF THAT WAS NEVER THEM THEY NEED TO RESEARCH DEEPER AND WHEN THEY DO WILL FIND OUT THEY WAS NEVER THEM. NEGROIDS AND CAUCASOIDS TWO SEPARATE THINGS . CAUCASIANS SAY THEY CAME FROM US THATS A LIE THEY NEVER CAME FROM US. CAUCASIANS NEED TO KNOW THERE ORIGIN BECAUSE OUT OF EVERYONE THEY LIVE IN THE MOST IGNORANCE. THERE IGNORANCE EXPANDING LIVING IN THE WHITE SUPREMACY SYSTEM BUT WHEN YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE THAT DELUSION CONCEPT OF THEM BEING SUPERIOR COLLAPSES. WESTERN TEACHERS THEY WILL NEVER TELL THERE REAL HISTORY BECAUSE EVERYONE WOULD LOOK AT CAUCASIANS AS THIS INFERIOR THING AND THEY HAVE A FEAR OF BEING SEEN AS THE INFERIOR. WHEN WE WAS SAYING DEVIL WE WAS SAYIN IT IN THE TERMS OF SOMETHING NEGATIVE #melanin#melaninpoppin#melaninonfleek#melanin#truth#truthseeker#knowyourworth#knowledge#knowledgeispower#knowledgeofself#knowthyself#staywoke#spiritual#lightworker#thirdeye#spiritualawakening#melaninqueens #ancinet#kemet - #regrann
