As for favorite character? That’s a rough one bc I have so many favorites that deserve the spot in my head. Gonna have to go with the obvious one here—Jill Valentine as always my first pick. She means a lot to me, and meant a lot to me as a little girl growing up in the house I grew up in. She could handle herself, but she would also take the help of those around her with actual compassion despite how strong she was and is. She doesn’t leave people behind.
There’s so many “strong female role models” that I had pushed in my face growing up, but she resonated with me.
I’m also a lesbian, so that probably also fed into that. Anyway thanks for the question!!
