Right!! Like who comes in. Marries this beautiful woman who has a kid. Decide to be the best step dad ever the second you meet this kid. Then meet the kid's father and promptly fall in love with him too. Only to then decide to legit hang out with him almost every time you see him, defend him against hate, take both your kids while wearing his football kit/jersey and go cheer for him during football matches and then whenever your wife isn't busy, decide to hang out with her and him and take cute adorable pics together because you love them both so so much. Who would do that you ask? Well, Vini that's who. My man didn't think marrying Carol ment marrying Ney but here he is today, attached at the hip to them both😂

🌅 If something feels off, no matter what it is, tell someone about it.

🌄 Gaining self awareness is a process that’s worth going through, despite all the highs and lows that come with it and however much time it takes. 

🌠 Give yourself grace--(“I was in the hospital for medical issues caused by an eating disorder (I’m doing very good, I’m in recovery now.) I felt terrible about everything and put a lot of pressure on myself to be perfect. The way he said it, give yourself grace, was so comforting and it’s still always in my head.”)

🎇 Other people's negative energy isn't your negative energy. Accept it's there, acknowledge it, and let it flow back out to whatever you believe in because you are too valuable and bright and loving to hold that in for yourself.

🎆 It's good to be empathic towards everyone you encounter, even if you don’t understand what it’s like to be them.

🌇Having a hobby is super important and helpful while being depressed! Even if you’re just unable to clean or feel productive, painting or coloring or writing or singing or embroidering or engaging in something you’re interested in can really really help. What you do or what you make doesn’t need to be perfect, just have fun with it--it’s beautiful just because it exists.

🌃 Don't be ashamed of your past, instead embrace it. Don't let it define you, let it go.

🌌 You don’t have to like someone just because they’re family.
