I often see people asking "is the idea I have unique and interesting?" and I think the most important thing is — is it unique to you, is it interesting to you? does it make you happy? does it bring you comfort? is it inspired by things you love and cherish? if so, that's the only thing that really matters because it doesn’t have to be good for the whole world, it has to be good for you. so create, tell stories, inspire, be grateful for other creators and respect their work and if what you do has a part of who you are in it then it will always be unique.

and just look at you! you created something with your own mind, the ideas came out of you and you put it on paper with whatever skill and experience you have at the moment and it will only become better with time and practice! you made it! cherish it!

8 months ago, if you had asked me if I was up for writing, the answer was a resounding no.

6 months ago, if you had asked me if I was up for writing, the answer would have been a tentative "maybe" with a dash of "I don't think I'll be able to."

4 months ago, I had the first real idea to write in 5 years. And it's been a snowball of ideas since then.

I don't know what about these fandoms broke through the fog of my writers block and some days are so overwhelming that I can barely get my bearings straight to get a single thought together. But I've been nonstop inspired by everything I've seen and all the people I've met through this hellscape. So thanks for giving me back the person I miss being the most. Cause I was a writer before I was anything else.

I need your help you meme wizards...

So my roommate has a bladder the size of an acorn so when I’ve been about to shower for the past year I’ve sent her a text or called into the next room that I’m about to shower so if necessary she can use the facilities before I do so for 10 minutes or whatever.

Usually the texts are just like “I’m about to shower” or “Imma shower in a minute” ect. You get the idea.

BUT THEN...

Last night I hit her with this picture:

to a very good level of amusement that I would like to replicate in the future. I don’t want to do this every day, just every so often when she isn’t expecting it.

So I want to compile a collection of memes to be used occasionally that essentially communicate that I will be showering soon so she can pee. I’ve already considered “Stop... It’s hammer shower time”
