I've not slept so I'm not sure I can articulate this properly but I'm forever fascinated by how humans will pick a favourite person and grow attached to them (platonically or romantically), meanwhile to most other people that same person is just some guy. and sure, you can analyse yourself to death trying to work out what attracts you to a specific person but the truth is that, at its core, the chemistry of personalities is kind of a mystery. I think that's pretty cool

My silly little Billy Batson design

I just spent a good chunk of my day drawing and designing a little Billy Batson.

I really like the idea of Billy with braces, and also thought that giving him glasses would be funny. The Clark Kent Glasses trope that makes it so no one will guess he's Captain Marvel, but he's a kid so there's no point in those things for him to disguise his identity, hahaha.

So, either A) he genuinely needs glasses when he's Billy, or B) they're a magic device that helps him see magic more clearly while being Billy. Like that circle thing from the Spiderwick Chronicles movie.

And yes, Tawny the Tiger is a backpack for Billy. If he can become a little doll, he can become a backpack. He might want to stick around Billy to protect him more during school hours, but Billy can't carry a stuffed animal to school, so, backpack it was.
