Ian flipped channels and paused as a giant snowflake flew across the bow of the Enterprise.

"The hell's that?"

"The Crystalline Entity," Mickey answered without hesitation.

“You just happen to know this?”

“I…I've seen this episode.”

Ian stared at him. "Oh God…you're a trekkie.”

Mickey flipped him off. "Fuuuuck you."

"Do you go to conventions behind my back? Do you speak Klingon?" Ian teased, pushing him playfully onto the couch. "I'm about to boldly go where no man has gone before…"

Mickey huffed. "That'd be science-fiction."

"You're lucky I love you."

“You’re lucky I don’t own a phaser.”

1. What period of history do you enjoy learning about?

Ancient Finland & Karelia, Ancient Egypt & Greece, and Ancient China! lots of other things too but I love ancient lands and I am obsessed with tracing the ~history of the land from geology and archeology~ to ~oral tradition~ stories~

2. Who is your favourite fictional character and why?

Elrond~ because of stars~ I think I have literally gone on about him so often I'm scared it will become a novel if I write much more than he is so kind and resilient and still so loving and warm/friendly and teasing

Outside of Tolkien my fave character is probably Killua

11. What character archetype or trope is your favourite?

hmm I'm not that fond of character archetypes or tropes even for ~side characters~ but I think my favourite would be the explorer? like always wanting to learn and know even to the point of endangering yourself and never satisfied? I relate too hard
