Y’all I am so overwhelmed right now I’m about to sob into my dinner. I can’t believe there are more than a 1,000 of you here now!! Thank you for following my extremely Jaskier-obsessed blog as I write about this loveable, flamboyant bard and his himbo Witcher. I haven’t been quite grabbed by a fandom and a show like the Witcher in a really long time and am astonished by the creativity, the support, the kindness here. You have made me fall in love all over again with fandom.

I’m not done with the Witcher (I have 2 1/2 episodes left) but I love it. I’ll admit I hated on Henry Cavill when he was announced, but he exceeded my expectations and I really like what he does with Geralt. He seems to me to be the type of actor that shines with better directors and has great moments of subtle microexpressions. Anya Chaltora is *chef’s kiss*

though I appreciate how the narrative takes on the episodic format like the original stories, I have issues with pacing and timeline but I think it’ll improve with the next season.
