Alice fixes her and Frank’s ripped clothes by adding patches to them. (Frank knows how to sew and could fix it himself but he adores having part of Alice on his clothes; he often finds himself tracing the patch thinking about her)

I’ve watched so many shows in my life, and I’ve never seen anything like this.
1️⃣ I’ve never seen a situation where actors en masse influenced their own character arcs just to gain more recognition. That’s exactly why we ended up with this fucking Disneyland nonsense that makes zero sense.
2️⃣I’ve never seen a fan-favorite character get thrown under the bus this hard, with no narrative reason.
3️⃣he wasn’t just a fan favorite. He was a major character, the emotional core of the show, and of June’s entire story.
4️⃣And I’ve never seen a story end in a way so illogical, so contradictory to its original message, to everything it was building toward.

Spencer: “I think you may be overreacting.”
Penelope: “No! Your just under-reacting!”
Not to re-litigate everything and putting myself back in those LJ days of the the trashfire that was season 7B.
But. I hate Lies My Parents Told Me with a burning passion. Top 5 of my willing to burn this episode and its whole message away.
I forgot this was the episode where Buffy supposedly agrees with Giles that she would choose the world over Dawn. As she did checking Spike was wounded over Dawn.
Fuck that noise.
Not my Buffy.
Not the Buffy from seasons 1 to 7A. Not the Buffy who fought so hard to win back her life and promised to show Dawn the world.
Not the Buffy who fought tooth and nail for Cassie.
Also, Buffy threatening allowing Spike kill Robin Wood. The son of a fellow Slayer.
For a goddamned vampire???
Not My Buffy.
I hate that David Fury made this canon. I Hate it.
And you know what at this point, Faith Lehane would Never.
Seasons 1 to 7A! Buffy would never, but I guess the writers said, Fuck that noise.
No wonder Sarah Michelle Gellar opted not to renew her contract if this were the stories being written for Buffy.
If Buffy really needed a strong ally, she could have waited a few days and Faith would’ve been around.
She’s a stronger ally than any vampire anyway.
Spike can fall down a deep hole at this point for me. Or leave for LA where he’d be of better use.
