Say Hello to our Mother of the Month

She is stunning in her black over gunmetal handmade lace and silk customized Mother of Gown.  If you are a lady who requires a high neckline or long sleeves we are here to help. Our dresses come in a multiple of different necklines and Carmen loves creating new specialized looks for her Mothers on a daily.  Our favorite part of this gorgeous dress is the scalloped lace trimming on the double V front and back. We created sheer lace sleeves to leave her feeling comfortable and fashionable at the same time.

Sit down when you put the dress on

Pull up the dress up to waistline

Put shoes on

Stand up and place the front of the dress where you feel comfortable and supported

Place elastic right under breasts and hook it in the back

Slowly zip up, without putting stress on the zipper. (don’t forget your invisible snap on the skirt, on top of the zipper. If necessary)

Reset your ladies after being zipped to bring your cleavage where you feel comfortable.

Do not hold your hands in front of you. We want to show off your waistline not cover it. So if you are holding a bouquet make sure to keep it low towards yours thighs. We want to show off your dress of choice not cover it up.

Walk like a lady! Shoulders back, boobs up! Wear the dress, don’t let it wear you!

Refrain from touching the skirt! Unless you are attempting to go up or down stairs. Don’t pull a Jennifer Lawrence…

When you sit down, don’t forget to sit to the side and present the skirt.

You are gorgeous and never forget it.

Yosemite wedding arrival and rehearsal dinner

The wedding reception will be very intimate. The reception dinner and dance room at the Ahwahnee Hotel provide an incredible romantic ambiance. With such high ceilings and natural wood structure, the Ahwahnee, is the perfect destination Wedding. The grounds are in the heart of Yosemite Valley surrounded by pine trees and huge glacier peaks. I feel small just being here. This valley has been through the harshest climates over the centuries and still offers such a timeless peace. Did I mention that the dining room looks just like Hogwart's dining hall! It's amazing, magical, like a fairy tale. After dinner and a mini photo shoot my bride, who could not wait to show me her dress and accessories. (See pictures)

This dress from a store in Sacramento, which I have heard so much about. My bride had ordered in it October 2012, they assured her it would take 3-6 months. Needless to say when it was not her by not here by June she understandably stood up to the store and their lack of customer service. When she did not get the answer her heart knew she deserved. She went as far as to google the number of the manufacturer and called the directly. The dress was in her hands within a week and let me tell you. It was very much worth the wait. Her accessories include a very pretty, pearl comb for her hair, a blue sapphire bracelet and ring, a Tiffany Key necklace that her man have her when he knew her heart was his, pretty simple diamond studs. Simple classic beauty, with a James Bond theme twist.  She is going to look like a Bond girl.  I haven't seen it on yet but I am very excited for my bride and her Charming groom to profess their love and commitment in heaven on earth.

Ps: when I got into Yosemite there was a cow that crossed the road.
