You worked at one of the best restaurants around. You had the perfect team of cooks and chefs, but as the place became better known and more frequented, the staff had to expand. 

You were supposed to get a new crew today. The management praised him, saying he was an excellent chef that you should learn from. You were a little curious about who it was. 

"Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you your fresh reinforcements. Vinsmoke Sanji," the director introduced your new chef. 

He was a young blond man whose hair covered part of his face and the one eye he could see was a sky blue color. 

All your colleagues were blown away by him. And the way he treated them, you got the impression he was just another playboy who only cared about one thing. 

But you were interested in him for a completely different reason. You thought you'd heard the name Vinsmoke before. But you weren't sure in what context. 

However, it was true that Sanji was a welcome support. He knew his way around the kitchen and his cooking was impeccable. Everyone loved it, and you even got a few recipes from him. 

The only thing that matched the level of his cooking was the level of his flirting. Whether it was the cooks, the waitresses or the customers, it didn't matter. As soon as the blond saw a pretty woman, he was immediately on his knees wanting her for himself. 

He tried it on you too, but you refused to be taken in by some playboy who wasn't serious. Even though you refused to flirt with him despite his best efforts, you loved spending time with him. 

It was a day like any other. Everything looked great and nothing seemed to go wrong.

You had just had a busy hour and what a rush it was, you couldn't even hear the radio playing. 

You were just finishing your steak and talking to Sanji about your next order when you felt like a big construction truck was driving by. 

The dishes and pots started shaking. A few pans even fell off. However, it started to escalate. Lights started flashing and eventually went out, the ground shook so much that you had to hold on to keep from falling, and everything that was in the crawl space or hanging started to fall to the ground. 

You all took off running. You were heading for the door when the ceiling collapsed in front of you. You barely jumped aside. But now you were trapped, as there was only a window in this section. But that was out of the question since you were in a high-rise building. 

You noticed that Sanji was stuck there with you, looking for a way out just like you. As the tremors increased, you couldn't even keep your balance anymore. 

"Y/N-chan, I got you," Sanji said, wrapping his arms around you to keep you on your feet. You wondered how he could keep his balance so easily.

"Thanks, but what now?" You asked, and you could see more and more cracks appearing in the ceiling. 

"We need to get somewhere to hide before it collapses on us," he said, taking you in his arms. Plaster began to fall on you as Sanji headed for the freezer with you. 

It was a very boarded-up room that was the sturdiest in the entire building. However, before you could get there, the ceiling collapsed. 

"Sanji!" you yelled. The last thing you saw was Sanji shielding you with his own body from the falling debris. 

Darkness fell and clouds of dust choked you. You clung to Sanji, your face buried in his blue shirt. 

All you could hear was your heart racing and the sounds of the building collapsing. What you didn't hear was Sanji's heart. And you had your face pressed against his chest. You didn't understand why you couldn't hear anything, but you attributed it to the noise from the surroundings. 

Nothing happened for a long time and it seemed like an eternity to you. You had no idea how long you'd been there. You had no idea what was going on around you. Sanji kept holding you so that you wouldn't get hurt but all the time he didn't move. You didn't feel anything from him. Not even a twitch or a flick. Nothing. 

You were afraid they wouldn't find you, or that it would kill Sanji. Slowly, you began to panic. Even though you knew you should keep your cool, you couldn't learn the lesson 

"This is going to be good Y/N," Sanji suddenly spoke up, squeezing you tighter to him. 

"Sanji, are you okay?" You asked, but you couldn't see anything in the darkness as you were shrouded by that. 

"Yeah, I'm fine," he replied, and you couldn't tell from his voice if he was telling the truth or not. 

"I'll try to get us out of this," he said before trying to get up. He was protecting your head with one hand and pushing the rocks to the side with the other. 

"Sanji be careful," you said, worried that you might still be overwhelmed by the whole thing. Eventually he did, and you felt a breath of fresh air. 

Sanji made the first surface out and then helped you out. There was chaos everywhere and the firefighters along with the rescuers didn't know where to jump first. 

You and Sanji stood amidst the debris and you were relieved. You were glad it was over and you hugged him with joy. But even now you couldn't hear his heartbeat. Sanji hugged you back and put his chin on your head. At that moment, you allowed yourself to relax. 

When you finally pulled away from him, you couldn't believe your eyes. Your gaze automatically fell on the wound on his head. However, instead of blood, blue fluid was oozing out of it, and instead of a wound, there was a bulging exoskeleton used on robots. 

"You're a robot?" You blurted out, as it was the first thing that stuck out. 

Sanji sighed and nodded his head. He knew not to deny it with you. Especially since you saw it with your own eyes. 

"I didn't mean to say that," he said quietly, lighting a cigarette. Because he was sure that as a robot, he didn't stand a chance with you. He may not have been alive like you, but he felt human. He could feel the same way, and he liked you from the start. 

Now you knew why his last name was so familiar. Vinsmoke was the largest company for almost human-like robots. A human couldn't tell them apart. 

After that revelation, the paramedics took care of you. Or rather, they took care of you and then sent you home. Sanji insisted on escorting you to make sure you were okay. 

On the way, you stopped at a store on the other side of town where the earthquake hadn't been and bought some robot spray that worked like fake skin. 

Then, in the safety of your home, you sprayed the wound on his head, where it now looked like nothing had happened. Sanji made you dinner and tea. 

Together you sat on the couch and rested. You lay leaning against him and he had his arm around your shoulders. 

"You know... You still have a chance with me..." you said softly, but you were sure he heard. You liked him, you didn't deny it, but after the experience, you felt like maybe it was a little crush. 

"Are you serious? ' He asked, almost startled. You nodded your head in response. 

"Aw, Y/N-chwan," he gushed a wide smile on his face and a look of heart in his eyes. "I promise to treat you like a queen. I won't let you down," he promised, pulling you close to him.

So does anyone wanna hear about my Sanji Android au in which instead of throwing him in the dungeon Judge transfers Sanji's conscious over to an android body he built based on borrowed (stollen) Vegapunk designs but this still doesnt work and Sanji ends up running away anyway

To be fair from the outside it looks like android Sanjis having a pretty chill time during WCI considering hes now programmed to do what ever his family tell him and the first instruction Judge gave him was to "smile and be polite" the fact that Sanji considers the Straw hats his family does backfire a lil on Judge

I just stumbled across your android Sanji AU and I want to know everything about it. I’m so in love with it.

okay a quick overview of the au is basically when Sanji is 8 instead of locking him into a cell for several months Judge believes he can "fix" Sanji by transferring his consciousness into an android body, the body itself is based on Vegapunk blueprints with Judges stealth suit tech, the body is mostly the same as a human body besides the fact that it can not age or cry otherwise Sanji can go into shut down mood to simulate sleep and the fuel source is biomass and solar (although it can run on less food then an average person if hes not using the body to its full potential) height wise hes in-between pre-timeskip robin and Franky, they can still taste and feel hunger and considering sanji never eats enough hes always hungry.

Like in canon Sanji flees while germa is attacking Cozia only Judge sent him to the front lines as he was unaware sanji had regained his emotions and Sanji was able to run away without anyone's help being strong enough to do so.

after that things progress like in Canon, Sanji boards the orbit which then gets boarded by Zeff and they both end up stranded on a rock only bc sanji has special eyes he can see that Zeffs trying to give him all the food and rejects that in the process explaining hes an android and only 10 years old
