A sharp scream of anguish echoed through the halls, a sound elven kin knew all too well, sorrow and pain the purest pain and deepest well of turmoil

The most unimaginable loss that was too common in these dark days ,

Nobody was asleep but their eyes remained shut

The poor princess they must have thought with pity in their hearts for the young maiden

Except one, her lover who ran up the tour half dressed sword in hand, it never crossed his mind the reality of the scream of a pain only a mother knows.

He thought she must be in danger a wicked man in the night must have snuck in through the window to harm her!

He pushed open the door, and immediately the distinct tang of copper hit his tongue

The balcony door was shut… but there she was his beautiful maiden sobbing in her own bedding and gown, sobbing panicking scrambling through the blood as if to find what had been lost…

I dint believe i have finally completed this piece i am so pleased with how it has turned out! It is my first time doing something like this

Started doing a drawing challenge picking random expressions for my oc Llynaira using this expressions chart by raadst and a wheel randomiser

I really want to practice on my expressiveness in my art and I love Llynaira so much that it’s going to be fun drawing her in a bunch of different expressions

Just some wips and sketches for my world building project, been working a lot on my elves and their stories, as well as their entire culture and background i have so many ideas I am struggling to get it all down written for other people in a way that’s coherent and well written rather than never ending ramblings 😭

First two pieces are princess Llynaira and her uncle Kendel, i am going to be finished with these two pieces next week! I will reveal more of their story and the culture they come from as I upload the pieces :3 (warning this is a dark fantasy setting and they come from a world different from our own. They are romantically in love with one another, please do not come for me for this, if you do not like such topics just ignore please 🥺)

Been playing a lot of elden ring recently with my bf which is what inspired me for the last two sketch pages a disabled bed ridden boy who has been found by a cursed wanderer just some little ideas I am playing with, but they are gay and in love in a society where that is taboo, though both of their existences are just by being disabled and/or cursed,

I really wanted to play with the isolated feelings one can get as a queer or disabled person in a society that thinks you shouldn’t exist. And even when you come to terms with the fact society is wrong you can’t help but still carry the guilt around with you
