Hero Form Appearance: A combination of a crimson knight's armor and YuYuYu’s Hero Form outfits. The undersuit of the outfit is a solid black so the lighter colors can stand out more- and the main outfit is a bright crimson, but it becomes an inferno hue when you reach the tailcoat, the lower half of the pants, and the lower half of the sleeves. Accent colors include black, white, gray, gold, silver, bronze, and hints of deep scarlet. The boots, gloves, and belt have patterns of windflowers on them, and the only other accessory is a red and white windflower hairpin near her hair tie. The flower’s petal shape can be seen in the collar and tailcoat.

Her true name is Mordred, the secret, illegitimate "son" of King Arthur, created by Morgan le Fay and developed as a homunculus clone of Arturia. As a homunculus, she matured much faster than a human, but had a much shorter lifespan in turn. Raised in secret, she was eventually sent to Camelot, where she was accepted into the Knights of the Round Table due to her exceptional skill.

Hero Form Appearance: A stunning combination of a Japanese warrior mixed with YuYuYu’s Hero Form outfits. The undersuit is a jet black so as to make sure that the red pops out, while the main outfit itself is a crimson red that slowly fades to a deeper maroon as you go near the tailcoat, sleeves, and the leggings. The shoes look like high top geta, and the stockings alongside the gloves appear to be embroidered with red windflower patterns. The red windflower’s petal shape can be seen in the tailcoat, top, and the pants. Accents of gold, silver, and gray help balance things out, too. Itachi’s headband remains the same, save for a red windflower insignia. Oh, and he now has a choker that resembles the red windflower’s petals.
