Hey it's pride month!! Any related headcanons?

Multiple | Pride Month Headcannons

Includes- Kieran, Arven, Friede

I don't think many of the characters would celebrate pride month- they'd acknowledge that it is pride month, but they'd carry on with their day, not doing anything too special unless you ask them.

Kieran

When you tell him you want to celebrate pride month somehow, he's immediately on board with you.

He'll clean up his dorm and then he'll invite you over where he'll have a movie night featuring some queer films he's heard about.

Kieran buys a bunch of snacks. He'll even get his hands on a rainbow heart cake or a cake with the colours of your flag on it.

The first show he plays is Heartstopper. He's heard that it's good from random classmates, so it'd be a good thing to start off with.

He definitely turns on Q-Force sometime as he remembers hearing about it once a few years ago.

Safe to say that the two of you made jokes about stuff that's happening to make it a bit more bearable to watch.

Arven

Arven never really celebrated pride month before. Sure, the academy put up flashy posters everywhere, but he never really thought about it until you mention wanting to celebrate it with him.

Even if you aren't amused or find it funny, he definitely makes the joke of making an "L-G-B-T" sandwitch (Lettus, Guacamole, Bacon and Tomaote).

And he does make some some since he needed to make sandwiched anyway.

If you're queer in any way, Arven bakes sweets with the colours of your flag or flags.

Friede

If you ask Friede what he's going to do during Pride Month, he'd simply shrug as he never really thought about it. The whole team is supportive, so it's not like anyone is facing discrimination on the ship.

When you suggest putting some flags up and maybe even some posters up around the Brave Asagi, he'll happily agree and he'll help you.

He sets up some snacks as the two of you make different flags and posters about pride month. He'll even make coffee if you guys plan to take up the night too.

A/N: Q-Force is only fun to watch with friends because it's bad (at least I remember it being really bad lmao). Also- I couldn't think of anything for Spinel,,,

Friede x Reader | Running Away.

Note- Spoilers for E100

When Friede's fingers slipped from the airship, you grabbed one of your 'mons who could fly before you chased after him.

Was it dumb? Yeah. But you didn't care. You had too much adrenaline running through your veins for you to even think.

That brings you to the current moment. Friede is curled up next to you on the hotel bed with his Charizard sleeping closer to the door incase anyone comes in.

The two of you have been on the run for quite some time now. You've constantly been changing your clothes, opting for what everyone has been wearing alongside a baseball cap of some kind.

You guys even wore wigs once.

Anything to give you an advantage.

And it eventually worked out. The two of you escaped the Explorer's grasps.

Friede sent a message to the RVT -or to whatever is left- that you two are alive and well. You even added your own comment to the end of it.

"Do you think that they received it?" Friede would always ask, to which you'd always reply with nod and a kiss.

Anything to try and soothe him.

White lies never harmed anyone, right?

The next month or so, the two of you have managed to find a new clothing style that obstructed enough of your body shapes to let you pass as different people.

Friede also dyed his hair a more natural hair colour to fit in with all the other men around him, and encouraged you to do the same.

He attempted to wear contacts once, but he quickly gave up due to the natural human reaction to blink when something is close to one's eyes.

All of this was done whilst the two of you were hopping from hotel to hotel, sometimes even staying at motels.

You were constantly on the move to avoid the Explorers even getting a whiff of you.

There were times you came close to them. But they never noticed it. Or pretended to not notice.

A/N: I might be back?? I dunno. I've started to write again recently, and E100 has made me think, "What if someone was with him, helping him stay hidden, or something?"

Friede ABC HCs

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Friede loves showing affection. Even if it's something as simple as holding hands at the start.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

As a best friend, Friede is the friend who acts dumb to make people laugh, but he knows how to be serious when he needs to be.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Friede goes to bed early so the two of you can cuddle or pillow talk.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Friede isn't the type to settle down in a "buy a house with a white picket fence" type. But if you're willing to live on the Brave Asagai, he's more than happy to settle down with you on it.

He can cook basic meals for sure. And he cooks them well. Better meals take him a bit longer to cook, and he may struggle, but he is more than willing to try for you.

As for cleaning, Friede keeps stuff tidy already. So he's more than capable of cleaning by himself.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

Friede would break up in a quiet spot that's off the ship so you can leave immediately if you wanted to. He doesn't want to cause more troubles than a breakup can, so the most he'd do afterwards is send you your stuff back if you ask for it, or someone asks for you.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

Friede takes his time with dating. He doesn't jump straight to marriage until he knows you're the one.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Friede is on the energetic end when it comes to his personality, but he shoves everything aside to be gentler with you. He doesn't want to harm you in any way, and making sure that he's gentle is one good way of knowing that he'll never harm you.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

One of Friede's love languages is physical touch. He doesn't hug you often due to the two of you having your own duties to attend to, but when he does hug you, his hugs are warm and safe.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

Friede says "I love you" fairly early. He didn't even mean to say it. It just slipped out of his mouth before either of you could even process it.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

Friede isn't jealous by any means. He feels secure in your relationship and he knows that you won't cheat on him. But when someone is hitting on you, he'll wrap an arm around your waist and he'll press a kiss to your cheek.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Friede's kisses are usually short, sweet and soft. If you're in the halls and no one is around, he'll hook his arm around your waist as you pass to press a kiss on your forehead before letting you go. When he has more time, his kisses are usually lingering, gentle, kisses.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

Friede was a professor, so he's gentle around kids. He knows how to handle them too, he knows how to make sure that they feel safe and comfortable around him, and what he needs to do if they start crying.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Mornings with Friede are slow. If you aren't on the Brave Asagi, he takes his time making breakfast and some coffee or tea.

If you're on the Brave Asagi, he'll stay in bed with you for as long as he can get away with, before he'd have to get ready for the day.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Friede loves to do his night routine with you. Whether the two of you are brushing your teeth together, or one of you is showering and the other is taking care of their teeth and/or skincare. He doesn't care.

On stressful nights, he'll run you a hot bath if he's able to. He'll wash your hair, and then he'll raid the pantry for your favourite snacks and drinks.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

Friede, whilst he's relatively trusting, reveals things slowly when he feels the time is right. Sometimes, things slip out. Other times, he feels like you should know something.

Skeletons in his closet and secrets relating to the RVT will take longer to be revealed, whereas smaller stuff about him will be revealed quicker.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

When it comes to people outside of the Explorers, he's a patient man. But when it comes to the Explorers/Exceed or people related to them? His patience is finite.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

Friede is forgetful. Like. VERY forgetful. So, he'll keep a little notebook of everything you like, drinks you often get, places you mentioned that you wanted to visit, etc. It makes him feel better since he won't forget the small details that mean a lot to you.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Friede's favourite moment is when he said that he loved you for the first time. It naturally slipped out during Golden Hour when the two of you were watching the sunrise. You looked stunning. The golden hues complimented your features, making you look ethereal. He only knew that it slipped out when you turned to look at him, and his stomach churned like the first time he fell inlove with you.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

Friede is more protective than he'd like to admit. He's protective in a healthy way, until the Explorers come around. Then he has his hand around your waist to make sure that you're close and that they can't harm you.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Friede knows the significance of anniversaries. So he'll put as much effort as he can when it comes to celebrating them. Dates and gifts? He'll put less effort into them as they aren't a huge milestone, but he still tries his best.

Because Friede is a bit dense and can't pick up on subtle cues, he'll always gift you something you've always wanted or you've explicitly mentioned wanting. Outside of that? He'll get you something that reminded him of you. Whether that be your favourite flower/flowers, or something as small as a necklace or a pokémon carved out of wood.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Unsurprisingly- Friede's horrible memory is one of his worst traits. He needs everything written down -and then some reminders- to make sure he remembers. So, don't be suprised if you see his calendar with a spesific date marked in red with arrows pointing to it.

But he tries his best to remember important dates. After a while, he fully remembered your -alongside any important friends or families'- birthdays. He also has your favourite stuff written down on his rotomphone so he can buy anything when he's at the store.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?

Friede is relatively concerned with his looks. On one hand, he doesn't mind it if his hair gets a bit messy when he's outside as there's not much he can do, but on the other hand, he maintains good hygiene, making sure to brush his teeth and hair so he can look his best.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Friede is independent. You are a luxury that Arceus had given him, but without you, he'll still carry on. Sure, he will feel a bit lost, or like something is missing, but he'll be able to continue on with his life without you.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

Friede is a bit impulsive. He'll randomly ask if you want to go on a date at random times too. Sometimes the two of you get ready for it, but other times, he'll drag you out at 5 in the morning because a good Cafe has opened up. He won't even give you time to get ready, the most you can do is change out of your sleeping clothes and maybe have a shower.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

Friede wouldn't be one for open relationships. It's something he's heard of once, and the idea of it ruins the whole meaning about being in a relationship.

Friede also wouldn't be too into people who stay in one place for their whole lives. He respects them, but he wants to have a partner who is okay with travelling around with him on the Brave Asagi. He has more than enough time to settle down when he's old and wrinkled.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

Freide is a cuddler/big spoon. He loves to curl around someone -or something- when he's sleeping. Before he met you. He'd curl up around Cap. But after meeting you, he loves to spoon you when the two of you are sleeping.

Spinel

For someone who chose to grow out his hair, it's a bit tangled and knotted in areas -he sits at a computer all day. What did you expect?

After the year skip, he'd defiantly take better care of it to look the part of a role he's trying to play.

In both situations(), he doesn't mind you touching or playing with his hair when he isn't doing any work.

He'll even lay his head down on your stomach, lap or wherever is more comfortable for you as he checks up on things that don't require a lot of concentration to let you play with it.

If he's working, or doing something important, he'd prefer it if you didn't touch his hair as it may distract him.

Sure, you can still touch and fuss over his hair whilst he's working, but as long as it doesn't stop him from working, he doesn't mind.

Friede

During your downtime, he loves it when you card your hands through his hair and play with it.

He might not keep any hairstyles you give him, he prefers having his ponytail, but he's not going to do anything about it if you're the only people on the ship or you're with close friends at home.

If you like tying his hair back, he'll happily let you do it as part of your daily routine when the two of you wake up.

It's a small thing, but if it makes you happy, he won't judge.

His hair is soft and fluffy with barely any tangles.

(Young!)Gibeon

He has pretty long hair that he takes good care of, so be careful with it.

There's absolutely no tangles or knots in his hair, it's just neat and straight.

He wouldn't mind you playing with his hair or doing anything as long as you're gentle with it, it has taken him a while to grow it out and he likes the length he has.

Braid his hair if you want. He'll keep it in if he needs it all tied up, otherwise he might let it down again.

Conia

Braid her hair, tie it back, do whatever you want with it. She'll be really happy.

10/10 she will try to keep the hair styled the way you did it, even if people make fun of it.

If her hair comes undone, she'll feel guilty and apologise a lot about it.

Honestly- she loves the feeling of your hands through her hair as you do something with it, play with it or just run your hands through it.

She probably has thicker hair when compared to everyone else, so you'll need to use thicker hair ties.

So far you've written RVT readers being a spy joining the Explorers but why not the opposite?

Friede x Explorer Spy!Reader | Headcanons

A/N: I was going to make it just a general RVT & Reader before I realised that Friede can be used for this pretty well. Spoilers for the newest ep at the very end, somewhat angsty ending I dunno

Before you joined, you had a whole plot figured out. You'd pretend to betray them and fight against them in their battles before you help the RVT.

When the plan was executed, the RVT were suprised to see you fight against your own team to help them.

You were an experienced trainer, that much was certain. You helped them fight off Spinel and Amethio whenever they'd cause trouble for you which gained you their trust.

Over time, you had gained their complete trust, meaning that they'd tell you things they otherwise wouldn't.

At first, you didn't report it. You kept it all to yourself, making sure that they know you're "trustworthy".

After a while, you slowly began to feed information back to the Explorers,

You gave them small droplets before you began to tell them everything.

No-one caught on, and eventually you began to date Friede.

It was all one sided at first (him loving you).

He truly believed that you had changed, and part of you felt guilty about feeding everything back to the Explorers, but this was important.

Late nights you used to spend with the RVT, learning about their plans and what they're doing slowly became late nights cuddled up at Friede's side.

He'd constantly express his gratitude towards you and how nice it is to have another strong trainer part of the group to help fight off the Explorers.

And in the end, you truly fell for him.

Sometimes, you'd get lost in the warm meals full of lively chatter and the affection you'd receive to remember why you're there in the first place.

You forgot all about the Explorers until Spinel messaged you about any updates, and unluckily, Friede almost saw the text.

You managed to cover it up with the blanket, mumbling about how it's someone from highschool messaging you again.

Thankfully, he believed you without much suspicion, but you had to think of some excuse for Spinel.

Weeks later, when you meet the Explorers at Rakua, you continue to fight against them -you convinced Spinel that it was better in the long run, you could gain more information out of the group.

In the end- you couldn't save Friede. And as much as you wanted to hop on the back of your flying 'mon to save him, the team held you back, not wanting to lose another member.

The crash was brutal. You made sure that the kids were safe- but you sustained injuries.

Injuries that never healed, reminding you of all you had lost.

You left the team shortly after you were cleared from the hospital,, you didn't want to see the faces of the people that once made up your family.

You told that to Spinel, and how the team later disbanded.

He kept any mentions of you out of his story demonising the team, only mentioning that Friede was allegedly dating someone, but that person was probably "manipulated" into loving him.

A/N 2: I'm gonna try writing more proper fics in the form of drabbles and stuff later to help prepare me for my assignment for Lit,, so,, expect some of those,, but I'll also have headcannons too.
