I keep forgetting that Anna, Marcy and Sasha are barely teenagers. I'm aware they are kids but I forget just how young they are. I keep thinking they're like in high school but no they are middle school students. They have so much trauma at a young age.

Their Importance: It’s rare for Asian countries outside of the "standard” (i.e. China/Japan/Korea) to even be mentioned in Western media let alone in a positive light so having a Thai-American protagonist has a lot of people excited. Her voice actor and the show creator have a Thai background making all the details authentic. Anna uses Thai words, has a distinct look that’s different from the narrow media look for Southeast Asian characters and in one episode runs her own Thai restaurant in traditional dress. She goes against the stereotypical portrayal, starting off as self-centered before developing into a more outwardly caring, heroic person.

It's been so long since I made the ship Dippanne or Andip as you prefer between dipper pines and Anna Boonchuy and I decided to revive this ship, my mysteryverse mystery kids dipper pines and Anna boonchuy will be a canon couple so sorry Dipcifica fans. Because I don't like Pacifica and that's it.
