This recipe makes enough pastry for two large tarts, so you can pop the unused pastry in the freezer or fridge for another day.
The Nutella-like spread can also be made with almonds or other nuts.
This recipe makes about three cups of the chocolate-hazelnut butter. One cup will be used for the tarts, and the remaining mixture will keep for several weeks in a sealed jar in the fridge.
