Honestly how can anyone like the ending of this fucking story?!

I have seen people that say that the ending was good and that they thought it was peak writing. Personally, I disagree but I did talk with them to see why they thought that and the main argument as to why MHA had a good ending was :

"it's a hopeful ending". That's what they said.

When I asked them why they thought that this ending was a good hopeful one they said that this ending somehow showed that society has started to change since ochako has created a new quirk counselling project, Izuku could still become a hero and everyone has somehow started to heal from their past mistakes and trauma. They also said that there were less villains in general so that's one of the reasons it was a good ending to them.

At the end of the day the people who enjoyed this ending were probably hero stans but even they were done dirty.

I think these points can be easily turned down but I was just curious as to why they thought that and I had no intentions of debating them this is simply what they said.

“Why are you doing this?!” the injured Hero screamed at their opponent. Barely able to stand. Hardly breathing and blood gushing out of every wound. Their comrades more dead than alive. All laying on the ground or smashed into the wall. “ `Why?` you ask?” The Villain looked at them with empty eyes. No sign of live or spark of interest in them. Pure emptiness and the infinity of nothing. “Yes! Why?! Nobody ever did anything to you! We defend ourself against you! When YOU decided to attack! To kill innocent people! We did nothing to you and all you do is destroy!” a hoarse chuckle came out of the Villain’s throat. Dry was their smile. Not reaching from ear to ear nor any emotion in it. “Ahhh~....I forgot. You are all the same. Kind of sad, if you ask me. But, you are wrong, oh Hero.” with these words, the Villain rose from their Throne and begun to walk towards the Hero. Step after Step. Slowly, like a Hunter around their Prey. Placing their Hands on their Shoulders, the Dark one lowerd their Head to the Heroes Ear: “I was wronged. Nobody is innocent. Not the ones who hurted me, who abused me, who hurted the ones I loved. Not the “innocent” ones who just stood by and did nothing. Nobody is innocent. Nobody stood up or helped. Nobody tried to help. Nobody decided to change so, in a way, all of Humanity are at fault.” the tone of the so called “Villian” was toneless. So empty and hollow that the hero shudderd. They never heard a Voice like this. Not from Women in an abusive Relationship or from kids who got bullied daily. “Wha....what happend?” With this question the dark one stopped a second, remembering painful memorys they try to bury everyday, before they stood up and walked infront of the other one. “Nothing that is your buissness.” The Villain hushed the Hero before they could answer “Don’t try to be sorry or ask to make it up. You can’t. You can’t change History and even if you did, the wounds, the screams of pain and agony, these Memories, they won’t vanish. They are branded inside my mind where they will be forever.” As the Hero looked at the darker one, he felt guilt. Guilt for that he never considerd what the other one felt. What gave them a Reason to be like this. Maybe they aren’t the Villain, but they and the others ones are the Villains...

Welcome to our new blog! For a variety of reasons, @arc852 and @hiddendreamer67 (that’s us) have decided to create one blog for all of our perspective series.
