No but everyone NEEDS to look into ethnocentrism. It should be taught in high school. We can never completely rid ourselves of ethnocentrism but we can mitigate its effects when we're engaging with cultures and groups of people who are vastly different to our own cultures.
To anyone reading this post: Google it. Look into it. Let it change the way you think about and view others.
