Your wish is my command @polysorscha
tbh i actually really liked the first half of c0m, up until n.ehemia died and celery just started stupidly raging on c.haol even though he did fucking nothing except being held hostage. this is when i really hated celery for being a fucking idiot, and i fucking hated mess for killing off a woc just to make her white protag take action or whatever the fuck (and for nothing!). i really wanted to like c0m even if it was objectively just as bad as the other books.
Yes, I felt the same way. I’d like to say C0M is the best T0G book, but Nehemia’s death happens in it which is the start of the ruination and one of the msot offensive things Mess wrote. Her death is entirely pointless, Mess just wanted Celery to angst over something more!
"And you'd rather I kill innocent men?"
- Celaena Sardothien, an assassin, a person who has been trained to kill people, a person who kills others for a living, a person who have supposedly killed a wide range of people who have different views on life and some with families to worry about, Celaena Sardothien a person who acts like she has a moral high ground to take.
so i made a discord for us antis, it isn’t much but hopefully more experienced discord users can help improve it heh

Miss Mess really has original ideas, but the execution is mediocre and cliche at best. Is actually a shame. She majored in Literature and Religion Studies at Hamilton and has Magna Cum Laude. I kind of expected her books to reflect this, that she has solid knowledge, but instead I found the books as if they were a 2007 cringey sex fanfics instead books written by a woman with Magna Cum Laude.
