Not sure how someone can still believe in comformitygate, as in an actual possibility and not just a headcanon/AU. Not only does this imply the Duffers are capable of pulling that off (they're not), but also...it still wouldn't fix the main problems of the show, and it wouldn't even make sense to surprise the fans after so much time, when the hype for the last season is essentially gone.

What happened on screen is real. And it wasn't good. Sometimes you have to accept that and move on with your life.

I'm sorry but everyone still spamming conformitygate is annoying. Joe Keery straight up said it's not real and the show's not hiding anything and people are trying to come up with reasons why he'd be lying.

The duffer brothers are bad writers. Just the facts. This has been something that's been pretty acknowledged for years now (or at least it was in my corner of the internet), and I knew since before season 5 came out the ending was gonna be bad because again, they're bad writers. And they're not clever enough to put out a secret episode especially when they went through with making the finale a theatre event. Why would the finale we got be an option in theatres if it's not the true ending?

I went through this shit with Sherlock, and it's the same thing here. The writers messed up and the show's over. That's final. Stop bothering the cast and saying they're hiding shit or claiming to be body language experts.
