These people must go back on the street and join normal life again. Either they get therapy and recover, see that what they did was wrong and find healthy ways to cope, or they're likely to offend again.
Yes, this, exactly! I will endorse the FUCK out of getting help, especially in countries where zoophilia/pedophilia are these common things that don't get jailed. Because by encouraging them to get help and not condemning them for their past so long as it stays as their past, you're doing what little you can to contribute to them not relapsing and harming others again. Because if some pedo goes, offends, realizes they're wrong and goes to therapy for it and is getting better, constantly harassing them is going to take away their drive to improve. They aren't going to bother, most of the time. And then all you've done is contributed to a dangerous person returning to the streets.
