I’m a ship and let ship person, but the delusions of some J*ronica fans over the latest episode make me cackle. They don’t even have enough crumbs to clean the toaster but they think they have a whole bread in front of them.

I am going to watch season 5 later most probably, but I seen a few people saying this episide had possible vibes between Jughead and Veronica especially while she was singing. At one time I would say that was crazy but it’s Riverdale lol. I trust you to be honest even if you don’t like it, so did you see those hints?

lmao, no. jughead’s face while veronica was singing was like “oh interesting, my friend is singing a song.” i guess some people might read into it because he was staring at her the whole time, but that’s clearly so he doesn’t see the death glare betty shoots at archie while this is going on.

and aside from that, i can’t even recall the two of them interacting in this episode. zero vibes.

Me gagging seeing all these BH stans switch to shipping Jeronica cause they hate Betty like???? Okay, you can hate Betty sure, but do y'all hate Jughead too? There is literally 0 compatibility between J and V, not even as friends smfh.

Not talking about this situation in particular, but about the people who think that jeronica would have been better in this storyline that B/Archie, just because they think they have better chemistry. Of course V and Jughead doing anything right now wouldn’t be the same as what the others two did.

Though I stand with my opinion that chemistry is subjective and that none of the core 4 should have been with any other of them that wasn’t their SO.

Oh absolutely I would have preferred nothing happen between any of them other than bughead and varchie, good lord would that have been preferable.  I have never been a fan of, well, incestuous friend groups.  It’s fucking weird and a recipe for awkwardness.  Have a fling with the same person as a friend?  Sure.  Fuck the same person?  Why not.  Fuck someone your friend ends up marrying?  No, that’s too weird and I hate it.  I get that none of them have a way of knowing this as of now, but like, from a writing perspective, what a weird and uncomfortable situation to set up for your main characters.
