summary: you and celica dance together under the nightsky
"the stars are so beautiful tonight…"
celica stared out of her window, watching the night sky. you were sitting just a bit further away from her, holding a book in your hands. and yet your eyes were on celica this entire time.
"why don't we take a better look at them outside then?"
you put the book away and stood up, walking over to the window where celica stood. you didn't give celica much time to reply, grabbing her hand and gently pulling her with you outside into the garden.
once outside, you still held onto her hand, as celica looked up at the night sky, watching the twinkling stars in awe. in the distance, there was a faint melody, played on a harp. it seemed like that melody had caught celica's attention as well, as she took her eyes off the stars and instead looked around for the source of the sound.
"do you like this melody?"
you asked, getting a soft nod from celica as a reply. for another moment, it was quiet between the two of you, until you gathered your courage and spoke up once more.
"would you like to dance with me?"
celica's head whipped around and she looked up at you surprised, a small smile resting on her lips.
"of course. there's nothing more romantic than dancing underneath the stars at night, wouldn't you say~?"
a small blush spread over her cheeks, barely visible in the dark. and yet, you were observing her so closely that you wouldn't miss a single detail about her.
celica softly nodded and closed the distance between you, carefully resting her hands on your shoulders, while you placed your hands on her waist, holding her close to you.
slowly, the two of you started to move to the sound of the harp. with each step you took, the distance between the two of you got smaller and smaller, until you were face to face with each other, unable to take your eyes off one another. the two of you just quietly kept dancing, not even noticing that the melody in the distance had stopped a long time ago…
