Grounding both feet (yes, even the one in the air), anchoring your base leg and activating your abdominal muscles will help to center your whole shape. As a result, not only does Warrior III work your core, it’s a great shape for sculpting your butt and thighs as well! ANYA Tips - 1. Ground your Feet: Push into the bases of the toes and the heels for stability and stretch wide and long through your toes for additional traction. This will be straight forward on your base foot but will require more imagination for your elevated foot (hint- pretend it's pressing into a wall). 2. Strive for Proportion: Make sure your sit bones are aligned by angling your front hip bone (of the extended leg) downward toward your base foot. Additionally, check that each sit bone is equidistant from your tailbone. Lets see your Warrior III!!
