To use a cutter wheel, you must attach a chuck to it. Unscrew the small screw at the top of the chuck and remove one of the washers. Slide the wheel over the bolt, then add the second washer. Place the screw in the base of the chuck and tighten.

I need your #help ! I'm worried about my #hair 💇🏻 My original hair color is a dark brown with few random strands of red (a very non asian hair I got from my mom) but recently it's getting lighter as it grows out. No I did not use some weird hair product and etc No perm No bleach No dye No outdoor activities No tanning No constant use of heat on hair The last time I dyed it was towards the end of last yr and again in March for a blackish blue. Which means my roots should be down the middle of my head and not up there. When I asked my hair stylist she said it looks I dyed it a month ago and this is was back in May/June when I chopped off my hair! I know some people may say that I should be thankful that my hair becomes lighter naturally but I'm kinda concerned. What does this mean? Should I be taking vitamins??? Why is it turning light brown / blonde-ish but my roots are normal?? It looks like I'm constantly dyeing my hair 😲 #anytips ??? #helpme #hairproblems #asianhair #concerned
