I don't know what kind of information is important when introducing oneself to millions of strangers, so I hope it's not too much or too little.

I'm nearly 23 in human age.
I spend most of my free time on photography and writing. I'm an amateur at both.
For many years, my only company was a puffin I creatively named 'Mr. Puffin', so you'll understand if I'm a stranger to a lot of conversational norms.
I think that the reason the Hetalia fandom seems impossible to leave isn't just the openness and room for creativity in the fandom (although that is definitely a factor), but because personifying non-human concepts is just a thing that humans have liked to do for all of our history. Things like ancient sun gods are personifications, and country personifications are also as old as countries themselves. But in our time, it sounds weird to say "My hobby is personifying nations!" If you like something fictional, it has to be connected to a specific media. So we simply refer to personified nations as "Hetalia", when what we're really doing is carrying on the timeless human tradition of personifying concepts that are important to our lives.
Sooooo... What I'm hearing is that the Hetalia characters could be our Gods.

Relationship Headcanons
Lovino considers good food as much a life necessity as breathing, and some of his dates will include dragging you to the kitchen to teach you a new recipe, and perhaps there may be one or two or ten interludes with dancing, mini food fights, and wine sampling.
Never let him catch you looking wistfully at something for too long; he will do everything in his power to make sure you have it. Was it a new journal? The minute your back is turned, he’s already buying it for you. Was it a puppy? He’ll train the cat to like dogs. Was it a glimpse at that fancy new exhibit that will only be open for private donors? He’s making a few calls.
Sometimes while out to dinner, he will make a game of eavesdropping on other conversations, and bring the words he’s heard into your little bubble.
Whether you continue your rendezvous as a couple or later just as friends, there will come a time where at least three of your outfits are dedicated to gardening. His garden is just as much a passion as his cooking, and often you will find him outside in bare feet, muddy earth clinging to his toes. And if you didn’t know how to garden before, he’d be an amazing tutor, holding the spade with you as he softly explains the differences between the five types of peppers growing on the west side of his house.
He gets very competitive over the small things, like colouring books or which of you can blow the most bubbles in one breath.
He loves to take you to the cliffs overlooking the sea, watching the stars and talking for hours about life and philosophy and all those dark things he did through the centuries to keep his brothers safe.
He will absolutely attend fancy shindigs with you, but if you don’t keep him entertained with wit and sarcastic anecdotes, don’t be surprised if you catch him having a debate with the bartender or falling asleep behind the plant between the restrooms.
He values familial connections above anything, and would absolutely do his best to assure your friends and relatives of his intentions.
One of his dreams is to sculpt with you, but hopefully with less cringe than Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore.
If you two were to peacefully part ways, he would still offer full support to all your dreams, and would personally take on the active role of Big Brother™ whenever he meets your new partner.
He loves kissing you, anywhere. Hand, head, ankles- He lives for the constant physical assurance that, for here and now, he is with you, and he is just over the moon with the knowledge. He blushes every time, but you’ve never found it in your heart to tease him about it.

Thank you for the ask! My headcanon is that the 'F' actually stands for whatever on earth Alfred wants it to in the moment he's asked. Whatever the first thing to pop into is head is, whatever he finds funny at the time, whatever fits his mood, etc. It can be anything from an actual name like 'Fitzherbert' (chances are he was just watching Tangled if he says this) to a random word like 'Fire'.

While Roderich is way more into Classical music than is necessary, he tries to appreciate all music, in all its forms. Whether it’s a crusty street performer covering The Doors or a nude pop singer singing a power ballad in front of a stadium, he will stop and listen intently. Music is the very essence of life; it is emotion and faith and devotion and hope and loss and everything that touches the barest depths of the soul.
Finding out that you were a performer would lead to annoyance that he wasn’t made aware before; he is shocked you would keep something so integral to your life private, and he is a little hurt that you didn’t trust him enough to tell him before.
However, this would lead to him learning your stage name, finding all of your recordings, and trying to help you find inspiration.
He may even try a collab with you.
