So these two characters I've barely introduced, one has appeared online a few times (Dál Riata) whereas the other hasn't really been introduced with his redesign. Dál Riata and Ulaidh (known later as Ulster) were kingdoms of Scotland and Ireland respectively. Well, they were rather superkingdoms? Details about them are a bit vague.
Ulaidh is trying to comfort Dál Riata here who has recently lost sight in his right eye after a serious wound from Pictland. Back then it was considered awful not to be physically "whole" anymore, which is probably why Pictland did it. (then again, Dál Riata proooobably had no business attacking her in the first place)
