It's called Babyteeth.
It's about a normal pregnant teen who, completely unexpectedly, gives birth to the antichrist.
Give it a shot - it's only 20 issues long, I think. 4 omnibuses. It's exactly the kind of writing I love to see. It explores faith and motherhood and it's just really good, y'all.
It made a splash when it came out years ago and now some of you are old enough to read it lmao

The Author, Donny Cates, has done stories for a number of Marvel works - he was the guy behind Absolute Carnage, for instance! And many of his own original works.
And apparently in 2022 he got into a car accident that gave him amnesia for the last 6 months of his life, which is wild. I hope he's doing better now. He's got a podcast!
