TOA fanfic archive?

So! As some of you may know, I've been working on a traditional fansite for The Trials of Apollo, and at some point I'd like to have a fanfiction archive there.

Thing is... it would likely be a very antiquated style of fanfiction site. Instead of the authors publishing directly, like on AO3 or Wattpad or even Fanfiction dot net, the author would instead e-mail the fanfic directly to me & I would update the archive once or twice a week with any new fanfics I received.

It's not ideal, but the tradeoff would be complete freedom with customization. If you were to e-mail the fic to me as an HTML file, you could make it look however you want. I'd even accept accompanying images & CSS files.

Not that coding would be required, of course. I'd also accept plain text/rich text/etc, it would just look like the rest of the site.

(This is, of course, part of my grand evil plan to teach the entire Trials of Apollo fandom to code.)

Would this fandom be interested in something like that?

Do you ever think Apollo was scared that Zeus would hurt him/touch him in a sexual way? I'm not saying he did but do you think Apollo sometimes got nervous that it'd happen to him?

Zeus, for one, is married to his sister so incest isn't a problem. Also, I think there are myths of Zeus hooking up with his own daughters but I'm not sure so don't quote me on that.

Then there's the whole enslavement of Ganymede. Zeus was so entranced by his beauty that he stole him from his home and kept him as a slave. AND HE WAS SO YOUNG. So Apollo knows Zeus is ok with and willing to do s/a.

Zeus in toa canonically abuses Apollo in physical ways. He's ok with abusing his son. Apollo subconsciously knows this at the very least for THOUSANDS of years.

And Apollo is known to be the most beautiful of all of the gods. He's gorgeous. And Apollo knows he's desirable. And Zeus is known to desire a lot of people.

Do you think Apollo was ever nervous that that kind of attention would be turned on him?

Heck, i can totally see Zeus comparing Apollo to his mother. Or getting drunk and making a comment at a dinner or something.

S/a is also a way people dominate and take control of another person (in a brutal, disgusting way). Zeus is nervous of Apollo's standing, and Apollo KNOWS that. Zeus wants to control him. There's not many things to ease any worry Apollo may or may not had had.

Maybe I’m weird, but Apollo as Lester reminds me of a hairless cat in a blue jumper. A hairless cat that hates the blue jumper and walks around stiffly, with those dull, angry cat eyes.
