DAN DAN/HAYAMA FOR PARENT AU THING ALSJGLSAKJ
PARENT AU! SEND ME A SHIP AND I’LL ANSWER WHAT THEY WOULD DO AS PARENTS
appalachian-hellhound I kinda agree? I can kinda sorta see how someone could take what they say as emotional abuse? But I don't really see either of them as abusive? Ik the GoM did a lot of bad things apparently? But I'm not caught up in the series, so idk.
appalachian-hellhound came to the pool
Rei was in the locker room at another joint practice, stripping down to get in his suit. He was in his navy blue and white striped boxers, before rapidly changing and pulling up his swimsuit as Rin entered.

THIS IS PROBABLY AN EPISODE OF SUPERNATURAL
NU-HUH HONEY. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. I’M OUTTIE 5000.
WENHE/HAYAMA FOR THE SHIP MEME THING
Send me a ship, and I’ll reply with:
Who would throw the other in the pool:
Hayama!
Because Hayama can pick little Wenhe up without blinking an eye and despite her trying to squirm out of his grip the ravenette knows that once she’s in his arms and they’re by a pool her fate is sealed. Still, Hayama would never really hurt her and always either throws her in to a depth where she can stand and not drown or just jumps in with her all together and lets her cling to him like no tomorrow.
Who is the better carer when the other is sick:
Wenhe!
She’s a natural mother, so whenever Hayama is sick, she’s always on her way to the pharmacy to get medicine (if they’re out) while there’s congee cooking away at the stove and she somehow manages to get the Raijū to stay in bed the entire day and rest until he’s well. Usually in these cases she really would never leave the house if she were to have a choice; Wenhe would stay at Hayama’s side and cater to his every need until he was better, just like a good little mamabun.
Who would force the other to do extreme sports with them:
Hayama!
I mean, it’s Hayama. The kid’s skill is the horizontal bars (like the ones you’ll find in gymnastics or on playgrounds), and his hobby is skateboarding. He’s definitely the one who’ll get Wenhe to do at least one extreme sport with him.
If she says no and he really wants her to try, he can always just pick her up and drag her to wherever, anyways.
Who would cook the better romantic dinner:
Wenhe!
It’s just because Wenhe’s really good at cooking and is the sort of person to really put her heart into everything she makes. She’s really good at setting the mood just with how calming her aura is, so making a romantic dinner is a no-brainer for her.
Who would build the blanket fort in the living room:
Both!
If there are enough blankets, enough pillows, and nothing to do that day, you can expect Hayama and Wenhe to make a blanket fort in the living room and keep it there until it collapses on them (which happens, one way or another). They’ll even sleep in there because I have a feeling so long as they’re together they’ll sleep like a log.
Who would have the best holiday ideas:
Both!
Hayama’s really good at planning the holiday outing and things to basically do outdoors, while Wenhe’s really good with indoor things such as cooking and meals and just setting a nice mood to relax after one of Hayama’s excursions (usually it includes either exploring the city or going hiking, I feel).
I like to think that at some point, Hayama tried getting Wenhe to go skateboarding with him during a holiday and she agreed to it and they ended up back at their place much later than they planned.
Who would need to clean out the other’s stuff to make room for their own:
Neither!
For some reason despite his excitable nature, Hayama strikes me as the sort of person to not really have anything aside from his basic necessities and anything that pertains to his hobby: a.k.a. a skateboard. Wenhe’s rather neat and organized, and after moving from Taiwan to Japan she doesn’t really have many things aside from -again- basic necessities in her apartment as well as a few photos and decorations to make the apartment her own. But, once Hayama moved in, they’d just combine their things and -somehow- it actually works and looks pretty damn good.
A wild Hayama comes screaming in. "SIS!"
Well fuck.
“... Kotarō. What a... Pleasant surprise.” Being a maiden with proper language was such difficult work, sometimes.
