4 steps to getting over your mistakes or worries
In order to get over a mistake or any of your worries you, you need to accept that it exists.
Its okay to admit that you make mistakes. Its okay to fail. Failure and success are all a apart of life. Own up to what makes you, you. We’re only human, and it shows character when you accept your mistakes and faults. It shows self awareness, and you are able to realize what exactly it is that makes you feel a certain way.
Now that you have accept your mistakes and the concerns you have, address them. Its not just enough to accept that they exist, you need action towards making them better and plan what your next steps should be.
What are you going to do to make the situation better?
What’s your actions to prevent the same things from happening again?
What are you going to do?
You need to have future steps, you need to think about the bright future that will be better because of the small actions you will take from now on.
Apologize, whether that is to another person, or even yourself. Be honest about the mistakes you make and seek the closure that you need.
This step is the most vulnerable, but it is important in order to move on.
Appreciate the entire process.
You are making progress towards the future, you are bettering yourself. You can always start off with a clean slate. Your past mistakes do not define the present you, but they do help in creating you. So use this learning experience to understand yourself better.
