is americans' obsession with apple and weird behavior towards android users real, or a social media thing?
both of those are real
none of those are real/it's a social media thing
obsession with apple is real, weird behavior at android isn't
obsession is false, weird behavior at android is real
what are you talking about/I'm not american/show results
I have an idea for disabled Apple users following the tag ban.
“Spoonie” is among the banned tags. However.
I said this analogy semi jokingly a bit ago & it may help y’all now.
“only cantrips” or “cantrip crew”, &/or “low spell slots” and “no spell slots left”, is my suggested replacement tag/tags (any could work). Lemme explain.
In “Dungeons & Dragons”, spells for wizards, clerics, etc. work by levels.
Cantrips are level zero spells that you start with & can always use. So cantrips would be things like breathing, laying in bed, eating, crying, etc. depending on your disability & the severity of what you're dealing with.
Level one spells are spells you start with, but are limited on use of. You typically start with two to three spell slots. This could be low effort things like crawling onto a wheelchair, getting PJs on, eating, etc. (depending on your disability & the severity of what you're dealing with).
Level two spells you gain as you level up / get more experience (which could translate to, as you rest or do self care), & also use spell slots - typically starting with two to three.
Spells go up like this - gained with experience (rest / self care), using spell slots, limited use.
So to cast a level nine spell (say, driving to an event & being social), you'll need a long rest to recover (rest, self care, etc.).
Cantrips are things you can always do no matter how exhausted/fatigued you are. Spell slots, however, have to be earned back (through rest or self care), & if you run out (disabled people’s fatigue) you're out indefinitely until they're earned back. In the case of some disabilities & chronic illnesses, you may never get level nine, ten, etc. spell slots back - those are locked due to the nature of your illness/disability.
So for me (with autism, fibromyalgia, ADHD, somewhat mentally disabled (DID/OSDD-1 & C-PTSD, anxiety disorders, ED, depression, maybe more) & suggested POTS), going to the store is a level three spell; I need three days (a long rest) to recover from it before I can do it again, & it’s somewhat difficult for me. Eating is a level 1 spell but sometimes my mental illnesses will eat up my spell slots so I can either eat or shower / do other self care, not both. Social gatherings are a level nine spell - difficult, and I need a long rest prior to prepare and after to recover.
I’ve started using this IRL because people tend to understand better. ¿Should we use it for tags on Tumblr now?

wtf is this design, who do I have to sue?
Apple users use the online website, not the app. Tags are not blocked on the online website.
If anyone ever told me they spent $999 on the apple pro stand I think I would have to cut them off imidiatly and rethink how I ever feel into a position to be their friend
my father: my ipad just died
my father: *plugs his ipad in and sees the apple sign*
me: the apple of life
my father: the apple of life
me and my father: the apple of life
the crowd, chanting: the apple of life
