One of the first things mom taught me to bake were muffins. In no time, if there were muffins to be made, she’d just turn them over to me and I’d make them. So, I made some muffins today. A really simple recipe, but an absolutely scrumptious one! In fact, this basic muffin recipe will be one I make again and again. It’s that good. And I had all the ingredients at home - no need to go shopping! These are simple applesauce muffins. I used unsweetened applesauce so they aren’t too sweet. They’re super moist, the applesauce comes through just enough, as does the cinnamon.
