🍎 shapes body types are larger usually on the top with a smaller (proportional) to the lower body. 🍐 shapes body types have a larger lower body (proportions) to the upper body. So where do you gain weight? 🍎 gains weight on the back, upper body, arms, belly. 🍐 gain weight in the thighs, back of the legs, hips, belly. Do these types follow a different fitness program? Both body types will need a full body strength training program with nutrition coaching. However, the 🍎 shaped body will need a greater emphasis on upper body target training along while still training the entire body. Remember to lose body fat you have to train the whole body. But slight variation in emphasis actually helps. Same for the pear. Here we have an actual transition recently updated as it took some time but never impossible.
