She loves giving you kisses on the cheeks.

April often gives you surprise kisses. Usually when she gets excited.

As your lover she is also your friend. So you can be sure you can rely on her. April often reminds you about that.

She is really jazzed to tell turtles all about you. She is more than sure that they will adore you as she does.

Girl can't stand seeing you sad. Will do anything to make you feel better.

She has numerous ideas for dates, that's kinda unbelievable. She wants to experience so many different things with you.

PDA fan. She won't be afraid to show how much she loves you. April is often holding your hand or wraps arm around your shoulder.

April wants to bring hel beloved one everywhere with her. But don't worry she knows that she can't and will respect your boundaries and time you want to spend on something else.

Girl often want you to sit on her lap. No matter if you are bigger and would totally crush her or so small that make you look like a child.

She will get you pretty deep in her world and what she loves even though she tries to not overdo it and not overwhelm you too much.

April is also really interested in everything you like. She will often want to participate in your activities even if it isn't her cup of tea.

When everything gets too intense you two will get some evenings to relax and just spend some time together in peace. Just sitting and watching something or talking about everything and nothing while cuddling together and petting Mayhem.

Btw since you start dating Mayhem is your baby now too. Congratulations you become a parent!

How do you think the turtles + April, Splinter and Casey would help a friend get over smn/get through a breakup? Preferably headcanons bc i have an attention span of like -3 seconds and they're short hhdjsjdnndnx

Thank you. It’s been a rough couple of days, but I’m starting to get better. :)

I usually only do up to four characters, but I’ll make these shorter than normal and do all of them.

I think Leo would give you space, but the second you hint that you want to open up, he’s right there.

Even if you go the “I need to be alone” route, you’ll ‘coincidentally’ find things in your room that you’ve wanted or would be therapeutic for you. (Think a beanbag to throw at the wall or a coloring book.)

If you open up, prepare to feel 10x better afterward. Leo’s not the leader for nothing- he’s amazing at pep talks.

Mikey is, per usual, a ball of sunshine about it.

He can see how much it’s affecting you, and he feels terrible about it, so expect a lot more hugs and shared pizzas when you’re at the lair.

To him, it’s easier to get over someone when you’re having fun.

I can see Raph helping the most through the anger portion- whether that’s being angry at your ex or just angry in general.

You’re always welcome to work out with him. (And if you spar, he’ll let you win by a hair to feel more confident. But he’ll never admit it.)

And of course, he’s open to just talking with you about it. He may be a hot-head, but he’s still an older brother at heart.

You don’t have a conversation with him for the next two weeks without him mentioning how amazing you are, how you’ll be able to find someone else (if you want to, of course), how you’ll make it out okay, and just a whole lot of Inspiring Quotes.

It was annoying at first, but once you start to let yourself believe him, the more you cherish those moments.

April is the ultimate emotional support.

You’re angry at your ex? FUCK THEM! You don’t think you can find anyone else? HELL YEAH YOU CAN! YOU’RE PRETTY AS FUCK!

You have a dance party with her at least twice a week. They may be cheesy, but they’re the best fun you’ve had for a while and a nice distraction.

Splinter is tracking you down the instant he learns you’re going through a breakup.

When he finds you, he forces a cup of your favorite tea in your hands and starts his speech.

It’s a bunch of “it may hurt, but it will pass” and “it’s normal to grieve, even though they aren’t dead”.

Will also let you cry in his shoulder

Honestly, Casey avoids you.

He’d like to help, but he doesn’t know what to say, or if him being there would even help you.

If you let him know you’d like to talk to him, prepare yourself for the most heartfelt things Casey has ever said to anyone. There are many points where you wonder if they’re even the same person.

If anyone brings this up later though? Psh, it wasn’t that big a deal! Shut up!

Anyhowww- how do you think would the team (Splinter, April, the turtles) react to a new member of the team who is skilled yet extremely clumsy? Idk if you can relate but I am so ridiculously clumsy. How do I fix this? Where is the shut off button?

It gets real awkward at times. I rly just be existing and at some point go OOf

First off I want to apologize for taking so long to write asks again. Life got in the way and I’ve just generally been feeling like shit.

Anyway, to answer your question, I’ve been writing off and on for most of my life. I used to write awful Lord of the Rings fan fictions that I never posted, some odd poetry, and now I write on this blog and a handful of twenty-or-so page movie scripts. It’s been a hobby of mine for a while.

I also got your other ask, so this’ll just be Splinter. I also wrote it as skilled at fighting because I wasn’t sure what you meant by ‘skilled’, hope that’s okay!

Edit: I’m also adding April, because it’d be waaayyyy too short otherwise.

Splinter

You amuse Splinter, to be honest.

He’s not laughing at you, more at how you can be so graceful and fluent in your fighting and then stub your toe on the kitchen island for the second time that day.

He hoped that your clumsiness would fade over time once you began to truly blossom in your training, but it never did.

Unbeknownst to you, he put small pads on the places you usually trip or stub your toe because he genuinely feels bad.

She thinks it’s hilarious.

When you trip over air or drop a glass her reaction ranges from a small chuckle to complete gut-busting laughter.

After she’s done laughing she’ll ask if you’re okay, though.

Everytime she spars against you she’s completely baffled at how this clumsy mess can be that good at fighting.

All the times you tried to sit down too far from the couch or knock a cup off of the table play in her mind. It distracts her a bit, if she’s being honest.
