Ok, so i just started watching Young Justice today bc i am behind on things but I've seen it referenced a million times
And holy crap, so far it has actual GoodDad!Bruce, which I am ALL THERE FOR, SIGN ME UP
Esp when he told Clark "we need to talk" about Super boy, you know, I could have kissed Bruce! In fact, I almost kissed my phone screen...
They go to a diner! In civilian clothing!!! And Bruce is trying to have a heart to heart discussion with Clark!! I am SUCH a slut for this Super-Bat Friendship. Like woah. (An emotionally available Batman who is there to talk to?? Don't mind me as I blubber in the corner over here)
But Clark walks out??? Just ends the conversation!?! Idk what's going on in his life right now, but Ma & Pa Kent DID NOT raise him this way. That's the only thing I would change- as soon as Clark walked out Bruce shoulda called in the cavalry. Call up the Kents, put some travel plans in order for them, they show up at Clark's apartment with a huge apple pie in hand, Conner is already invited and on his way, Martha reams out Clark and Jonathan is there to pat him on the shoulder and tell him that he understands the panic and the weight of responsibility having an unexpected child, but that Clark is one of the best things that ever happened to them and that Superboy is going to be just the same...
They have an awesome if awkward family dinner and Martha mothers the heck out of everyone and it's just all around amazing and adorable
But anyways, yeah im TOTALLY loving the show, M'gann is absolutely ADORABLE, Conner is such an angry boi and I LOVE HIM, Kaldur is EVERYTHJNG, Wally is such a dope and it's WONDERFUL and Robin's little creepy laugh when he disappears is SO CUTE. Can't wait for more. Too bad there's this thing called sleep, that is supposed to be happening now, at 3am....
help should i flirt my ass off with this aqua boy for the coming week and see what happens or accept my loneliness and continue being sad and single
