Here’s a slightly more fleshed out version of my new Taako design! Still pretty rough but i think the point gets across.. I imagine this to fit in at the suffering game, when he uses arcane cosmetics :D

I joined a D&D group

I joined an online dnd group and today was our first session! It was soo awesome!! It’s with a lot of people but I like most of them even though I just met them :)

I play a Yuan-ti bard of the college of whispers, though she has told everyone she is college of lore. She is neutral evil and so much fun so far!! I can’t wait until next Friday to play again!!

Until then I’ll be running my usual session this Sunday 😘

Looking to join or start a D&D group!!!

I just moved and really want to find a group to play dungeons and dragons with! Preferably in person. I’m located in the Louisville, Ky area and would be looking for 3-5 more people willing to meet weekly or biweekly, hopefully one wanting to DM. Open to new players and DMs 😘

I’ve been playing for a few years now with experience as both a player and a DM. I’m very open minded and get along with most people. I would want the same or similar in other players to minimize any kind of personal conflicts that might occur!

I Need Advice!!!

So, I have been DMing for a campaign for a while now, this is the first game I have DMed and I am struggling a bit. The players are all pretty new as well. I have created a very emersive world for them to play in, but I can’t get them to interact with it or really with each other... I give them descriptions and drop hints for what things they could do but they don’t do anything with those. Instead they just sit in silence until I am forced to have something interact with them. I tried being more explicit once about things they could explore and a player told me they felt railroaded... I just don’t know what to do to make them more engaged. I’ve tried asking them what kinds of things they would like to do, and I give them those options they just don’t take them it seems... please some advise!
